GUESS WHOS BACK...

Well...Hello to all my friends..

Now that I have started a new life here in Canada, its my duty to keep my friends updated with the new things which I am seeing and facing here.
I landed here on 7 of march 2015 and till now I have spent 2.5 months here in Mississauga, Ontario.
I have already shared the LANDING EXPERIENCE with you guys and I hope that was helpful for you people who are planning for landing.

Right now I am waiting in a Air Canada lounge @ Vancouver, International Airport for my flight back to Toronto. Shortly I will be sharing lots of Good and Bad experiences with you guys and assure you these stories will only make you more hopeful and positive rather than pessimistic.

I am going back to Toronto with a JOB APPOINTMENT LETTER in my own field which I was practising from last 7 years in India. ..YES...YES...YES... in my own field, you read it right... and in just 2.5 months... So, I am going to shift in The Beautiful City Vancouver from 1 june 2015.


Catch you guys soon, as its my boarding time now... Now I will keep on updating you about what I did, how I made it, tricks to survive and lots of other things....

Will this affect my visa..

Family sponsorship visa is very very difficult . One of my relatives did the same thing and she applied in 2012 and she has not heard back from CIC till date.
Instead, take them with you to get their PR visa activated .Once done, then just have to live in Canada for 2 years out of 5 , that will give you almost 2 years to settle and then call them there .

Dear Friends,

I am very glad to announce that I have received PPR on last Friday (15-05-2015). I'm really feeling bit relaxed now. Planing to submit my passport before this week end. Thank you god & thank you everyone here.

haha yeah, nothing seeems to work fast in Brazil... except Sao Paulo VO ;D

I'm actually still waiting for a miracle to happen and get the MR in the next few weeks, but I'm not so hopeful. I thought of waiting longer and applying for Student Visa here, but I'd probably get it too close to the start of the course and I wouldn't have time to visit my family (as I haven't for a couple of years and won't be able for the next 1 or 2).

Anyway, best to have as much information as possible before making such decisions. Gonna sit and think on the pros and cons now.

Same here dear....got DM on 15th May but not PPR. Although not much time had elapsed in my case but looking at your case, m really scared. Usually people get PPR and DM the next day....don't know why they are sitting with our PPR and when r they gonna send it. It's practically v difficult to take personal & professional decisions before getting a PPR mail.

If forum friends have any idea as to how long does it take to receive PPR from the date of DM status or what could be the probable reason for delay....kindly advise.

Thank you so much for this information Sreeram. I understand that I should settle my payment issue but its about 60K - 70K thats why I am concerned...also you mention about cancelling the representative and filling up few forms. But in my case, we did not mention anywhere about any representative or consultant. Its just that he has created one fake email ID in my name, kept the password with him and using that for all the communication. VO is not aware that I hired someone for my process. Sorry if you already got that point but thought of clearing. So in this case also, like just changing my ID will get me into all this form filling process...etc.

Dont worry, but act immediately without further delay

Raise a CSE immediately for updating your email address with a new one .
Mention clearly your application details and tell them your email Id is hacked and you want to update it with new email Id. In the same CSE ask them if they have already sent MR on the old email. If yes, can you please resend on the new email address.
I am sure they will consider and resend the email.

Dear Friends,

I have a small query.

I am a CVO applicant and I got my MR last week.Although my application is processing in CVO, I am living and working here in Singapore.

I did my medicals and now I am ready to courier my MR,PCC and RPRF receipts to CVO, But I don't know where they will send my Passport request to. means to which VO will they ask me to submit my passport to.

Do you guys know (from the past cases by other members in this forum) will they send the PPR to Singapore (where i live) or will they send it to Colombo?

Should i send a special request mail included with my MR,RPRF and PCC to them asking to send the PPR to S'pore VO?

Looking forward to get your valuable advises on this doubt.

my DM on 9 may........my visa office is warsaw..............from2014 spread sheet it look that WVO issues PPR after 23 or 25 days after DM.......

I'm still weighing my options. Got a reply from an email I've sent the VO and it looks as though they started looking at my application. Hoping for a MR so I can go home and breath a little

You can raise a cse to the visa office from where you got AOR .no problem in changing the job but inform your visa office regarding that .
I am not sure whether your file will be transfered to Brazil but you can always request for that giving proper reason.

By the sao Paulo is fastest visa office . you can look into spreadsheet .they are issuing visa to Dec applicants .
