I just tried to pay my RPRF fee online but twice the transaction failed with error code 200. I have verified that my international credit limit is enough to cover this transaction. Have anyone faced this issue before? What else do we need to check? This is what i did:

I went to the site and clicked on pay online then clicked Immigration and then initiated the transaction. Please help

The address, especially the Pincode of the card-holder's details should match perfectly..

U may need to contact ur bank for further inquiry....Or, if available, try using a 2nd card and see if it works...even ur friend/ family member's card is fine...

Many reasons actually...:)..Some ppl move for a short landing, come back to get their affairs in order then travel permanently sometime in future...So bank a/c should not be opened right away but only when u move permanently..

Some ppl in Canada have advised me that for Toronto region especially, better to open TD Bank a/c rather than Scotia Bank A/c...reason- I'm also not clear :)...This program is only for Scotia Bank...

And for bass's case, not clear which part of Canada they will settle in- from what I understand for the ScotiaBank Program, u will need to select a specific branch in Canada while applying from India...after landing u will need to go to that branch to activate the account...so if ur unsure of ur place of stay, best not to open from here...

Hence the need for alternatives...

And yes, one person did show Indian FDs while landing...but that is highly risky..not advisable...

Thanks a lot , will let you know if I happen to find out why, good thread just what I was looking for .

Guys,
It's Decision Made.
Received passport request on 13/05/15.

Some points to share-
Thanks for this forum and seniors who have been through all these stages before us and who are following.
1. App filed 3/7/14.
2. Lived in UK from 2008 to 2011 and obtained PCC after filing my application. So sent that PCC with MR on 17/4/15. It has been accepted.
3. Indian PCC asked again with MR. So submitted fresh one.
4. Paid fees through credit card. Easy and fasten your processing.
5. Worked at 3 jobs. Provided offer letters, experience letters and tax documents for latest job.
6. Provided information for months when I was not working or looking for job too/part time work in UK.
7. Single applicant.
8. File prepared by consultant.
9. Medicals done on e medical, centre. Ludhiana.
10. Indian PCC - obtained one only although worked at 3 locations.
Hope it will help to following friends in same line.
Deep

Still no Mr even after 70 days from SLU...come on NDVO....I have a doubt...I have applied under noc 0113 )purchase manager. I worked for 3 years in the same company and was getting same pay of rs 6000 for all 3 years. I was working to get experience and not for money as I am from a very well to do family. Could this be the reason for delay in MR.. Moreover I have submitted complete attendance and salary slips for all the 3 years...getting nervous now..

I don't want to discourage u...but a Forum Senior 'Oscar7' had said long back that '0 NOCs are almost always subjected to a higher level of scrutiny...these ppl are supposed to be amongst the most senior Senior to V. Senior level-ppl in Companies...for ex. for ur NOC 0113 this page->

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0113

lists the possible titles like Supply Management Director, Contract manager; Director, procurement operations.....Hence it's vey likely that the Officer scrutinising ur application together with the Salary level u have mentioned may have decided that ur Work-Experience needs extra scrutiny, like a Detailed Background Check incl. physical verification...If docs provided are genuine, u shud clear this Background Check smoothly and u shud not worry abt it...But yes, it will take time and require lots of patience...Even in cases of doubt, NDVO will issue an Interview Call, or issue an Inquiry Letter asking for explanation..so don't stress out thinking of these things...

also, only 70 days have elapsed from ur SLU...this is still a relatively short time-frame...some ppl are now waiting for MR for 6-7 months....So hang in there buddy :)...This process is all abt Patience...if it's delayed now, once u get MR, ur file would move very fast...wish u a speedy MR!! :)
