Friends,
Needs an advice.
Can we ask for courier service from VFS for stamped PP or we have to collect it in person from VFS?
If yes to courier, then is it safe? Which courier?
Any one has experience on this?
Also recommendation for cheap flight websites.
plz advise

Hi Deep,

Yes u can ask for Courier Service for an additional Rs. 342

http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/service_charge_schedule.html

VFS always uses Bluedart I believe, you don't have a choice....

Cheap flight websites->

skyscanner, kayak.com or momondo.com..all are good

Good luck!!

Could anyone please confirm if :

Sadhu Vaswani Mission Medical Centre,
4th street, Shanti Niketan,

Yes my friend. Sadhu Vaswani Med centre is e-medical. I did my medicals from there too.
Its small and quick unlike Max which is like trade fair coz all medicals for US, AUS, UK, CAN are done there.
They infact upload in like day or two and status gets updated in about week, atleast that what happened with me.

Hope that helps.

Hi,

On my email query to CVO...they instructed me to pay the fee using the same link that was shared for RPRF..!!
Also I have read one post in some other thread where there was a specific reply on a CSE raised.

Below is the procedure.

Go to https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/disclaimer.do
Accept terms & on the next page click on "Immigration".
Put 1 against "Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition" and proceed for payment.

I have done the same yesterday and have got MR today for my son..!! ATB.. :)

+1 for all the Information.

Had a quick question regarding the online payment. Please check if the below procedure is good.

Refer to this url : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp

Click on Pay your fees online under If you live outside Canada, you can: Section

Select the country under "Where are you paying from? (required)" and Select Express Entry-additional spouse or dependent under " What are you paying a fee for? (required) ". Click on Get payment instructions button

For children, It will be $150 CAD. On this page, Select Pay my fee online under Pay online section

Click Continue. Check the box I have read and understood the above terms and conditions. and click continue again

Select Immigration and then select Family Class

Mention 1 under Number of Applicants next to 150 CAD. Click Submit. On the next page, It will give you a summary. Click Pay

On the next page, Click on Register to create a new account with CIC. It will ask you for Email address, your desired password and ask you to setup security questions incase if you forgot your password.

Select Credit Card and fill in the details.

You will get receipt number and there will be link to go to your account.

You will see three options , Save, Print and Email. You can press save and PDF will be save on your PC

Take two prints of Receipt. (one for your reference and other for NDVO)

Please let me know if this is correct. a friend of mine had completed his payment using this way.

Hi, i received my medical yesterday. My wife is 3 months pregnant and we have not yet declared it in our visa file. what should be the next process. please guide.

Raise a CSE & send an email to Delhi-Immigration with Urgent tag requesting to delay Medicals for all....Hopefully they will respond as below->

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t276642.0.html;msg4297033#msg4297033

It is best to delay Medicals for all until the birth of the baby bcoz I believe Visa validity will be till one year from the date of the 1st person doing Medicals...If u do ur Medicals now, and ur wife and baby do it later, that might reduce ur Visa validity period hence the time to land..hence better get a deferral...Others can correct me if I'm wrong...

On the other hand, since ur wife is 3 months' pregnant, X-Ray may be possible with lead plating...then u might want to not inform NDVO, just directly go for Medicals, talk to the Doctor and take a call....since otherwise ur looking at least a 7-8 month delay....But of course baby's safety takes priority here, so whatever the Doctor advises...:)

Hello Guys,

I received the medical request last week and i sent the medical tracking sheet to Warsaw via courier along with PCC, RPRF receipt and Passport copy today.

My doubt is that whether there is any harm if i sent these documents by Email as well. I have the scanned copy of all these docs i sent as hardcopy.

Looking for your responses.

thanks,
Alwin

Directly reach out to the New York Visa Office and ask them if you can submit your passport to them for stamping. You can contact them at NewYork-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

They responded to me within a day and said they have to reach out to NDVO to obtain permission from them to print the visa in New York. They got approval from NDVO in another day and then asked me to submit the passport to the New York Visa Office.

Good luck and congratulations!!!

REPOSTING :
Still no Mr even after 70 days from SLU...come on NDVO....I have a doubt...I have applied under noc 0113 )purchase manager. I worked for 3 years in the same company and was getting same pay of rs 6000 for all 3 years. I was working to get experience and not for money as I am from a very well to do family. Could this be the reason for delay in MR.. Moreover I have submitted complete attendance and salary slips for all the 3 years...getting nervous now...

Thanks for the quick response, I have a catch here my husband is in Canada currently and me in US. So is it possible to get the stamping done at two different places.

Absolutely perfect....u have hit the bull's eye... :P :P

Also while searching for more info on this, I came across the below FAQs on their official webpage. (Q. No.-7)
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/faq.do#Q7

This says that it is fine if the payment is made in wrong category provided the amount paid is correct. :)

Hope this will be helpful to u. ATB.

Yes you can send. It'll be back in 7-10 days. We had no trouble. (What it says about not sending out of country is that you shouldn't send Indian passport out of India.)
