App Date: 18-06-2014
PER Date: 16-10-2014
MR Date: 11-05-2015

2nd line not updated yet and PCC not included with the initial application submission.

Hi all,

Sent the required docs for adding my newborn child to the application via courier. Also I mailed them yesterday attaching scanned copy of all docs..!! Courier tracking status shows that it has reached Colombo and is "Out for Delivery" as of 7:45 AM.

Received MR request for my child at 9:18 AM today morning...It's super fast..!!

Wish many more MRs & PPRs today..!!

Thanks for sharing experience. My wife had 125/85 BP which should be normal, at medical but we have told that she is drinking blood pressure medicine and this is probably reason they have asked for this... Hopefully everything will go fine tomorrow at additional tests.

I have white collar hypertension, as in my BP rises when i see the doctor

There was a high reading the first time they took it which fortunately settled down to a level considered high but normal. Phew!

You need to send the baby's documents along with the fee of 150cad for adding the baby to your application. You can send the DD.
You can also send the CSE to VO for giving this information and they will give you the details for it

1 question, you opted for photograph at VFS or from commercial photographer?
Any other point to be taken into account while going through PP submission process.

You need to submit following documents to adding newborn to your application

- Payment receipt of 150 CAD - to be done online
- Birth certificate of baby
- passport copy of baby
- Newly filled Generic App form IMM 08
- Newly filled Additional family info form for you and your spouse adding child name in both forms
- 4 photographs

After this, they will add dependent child to your app and issue medicals for him.
