Hello All,
I have received MR on May-9
Yesterday i have mailed to VO that my my wife count complete medicals with 30 days of time as she was 8month pregnant and we are expecting baby in July and i got below reply from VO, Now my concern is
1) once the born is born do we need to complete the medicals and send reports along with baby documents or 2)do we need to send only the new born documents, So that Vo will send new medical forms for all members.

Dear Applicant,

In order to allow us to continue you application you are requested to submit the following items:

-- a certified copy of your child's birth certificate along with its translation into English or French by a sworn translator;

-- 4 recent photos (35 mm x 45 mm, white background) for your new born child (for Photo Specification please consult http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/pdf/kits/guides/3910e.pdf Appendix B);

-- Specify height and eye colour for your new born child;

-- pay the processing fee for you newborn child in the amount of $150CDN (see Fee Schedule available at

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

-- copies of all pages of the child's passport

-- add your baby to the Application for Permanent Residence in Canada and you and your spouse should update the IMM5406 Additional Family Information form. You will find the application kit at the following website address:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

Please note that upon receipt of all the items indicated above medical forms will be issued for your child. You both may wait and complete your medical examinations with your newborn child. Please note however, that all the other documentation requested in our previous email must be submitted within the original deadline.

Please comply with the above request within 30 days from the date of birth of your child. At the end of the 30-day period we shall review your application and make a decision on the basis of the information available. Does anyone had situation like this??

I got medical request. I have to submit medicals within 30 days along with RPRF, PCC and passport copies (condition specified in the email: The
passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada
)

My question is around passport as my passport is going to expire in November, 2015 so I have to apply for a new passport.

  • Can I ignore the condition specified in bold above and send copies of my current passport (expiring soon) for now as I might not get new passport within 30 days. AND send copy of new passport when I get it (might be after 45 days)?
  • If above is possible, how do I inform them later about the new passport? Through CSE (Case Specific Enquiry)?

Any help is appreciated.
According to your timeline it seems u will get ppr before nov. so need not to worry if u want to land their before nov 2015,its my opinion..

Please note that I have received my AOR email in the second week of April.

Based on the stage at which my application is, could you please guide me the name of the forms and documents I need to send on behalf of my spouse? I have noticed that this email does not mention "Generic Form" for my spouse.

Could you please let me know if I also need to send any updated form for myself?

Should we send proof of funds again?

My spouse does not have "Birth Certificate". Can we submit affidavit instead of birth certificate? I submitted affidavit and it seems they had accepted it.

Seniors/Ananjay/other friends who faced such situation

Could you please help?

Thank you so much.

Best Regards

Hello Friends,

I received Passport request mail today. My wife is 15 week pregnant now and I informed about this to CIC in a covering letter long back at the time of submission of my PCC and medical details.
I thought CIC will keep my application on hold based on covering letter information but, they have went ahead by sending passport request. In the mail they mentioned to submit within 30 days.
I don't want to send Passports to CIC as I need to add my child in to the application.

I already sent mail to DELHI-IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca regarding my concern today.

I am bit confused now on whether do i need to send passport of mine and my wife to CIC or shall i wait for their reply for my mail ?
If my passport get stamped then how can I add my child ?
Thanks in Advance

I am from Delhi so submit it in VFS Delhi only...VFS is not open on Saturday....

Could anyone pls confirm ...I hope there is no need to take child along with you to VFS office for PP submission? I hope I can submit my child passport and there is no need for Authorization letter as she is below 18?
Dear Monica,
Congratulation for PPR, You can submit the passport of your kids. No authority letter required while submission and delivery. But you need to submit the authority letter from your husband while taking the delivery of the passport.
