The Authorization letter are not required for Kids or child.....

Only for the dependents who are 18+ you can take an authorization letter but even then only few VFS requests for that....

If in case they ask for the authorization letter for 18+ just make it available......

Sure for below 18 they will not ask for.......

New Delhi 110 021, India

Hope this helps you my friend. Good Luck

Thanks to sk1984Indian and Avinir for step by step illustration.
However, I am getting two options after I click on 'Pay my Fees online'.
1. Continue to Sign-In Partner - ( I do not have account in any of mentioned sign-in partners)
2. Continue to GCKey

Do I have to register with GCKey?

And also, why I am not able to post URLs in the messages.

Exactly my point, the experience at VFS is inconsistent in terms of few VFS centers requesting for authorization letter and others not.

Probably the drop in CAD to INR around that time. but the actual reason can only be explained by Citizenship and Immigration Canada Office
