Where did you call to make an appointment the landing process in Etobikoke?
Could you arrange the date you wanted, or randomly they gave in email?
How soon could you do that process after calling?

Hello Everyone...So my landing was done on Friday....I was already in canada...and CPC-O gave me 2 options either to do landing inside toronto where an imigration office will give an appointment and we need to go for the interview...or second option was flagpoling...I was going to go for option 2.But didnt have USA visa so had 2nd thoughts...I called CIC and they send me an appointment email within 3 days...and finally my landing was done at Etobicoke, Toronto on Friday May 8th 2015...No additional documentation asked...very quick processing...found it easy and better than to go to Niagara...

SIN office was also in the same building so that was done on the same day as well...

Am very happy...Thanks to everyone..Finally me and my spouse are permanent residents...

Hi Experts,

I got medical request. I have to submit medicals within 30 days along with other documents such as: passport copies

My question is around passport as I want to get the name changed of my wife on her passport. So, first of all, I need to understand if this is the right time to do it providing that I'll get it done within time frame. AND what is the procedure of notifying this change to CIC? I mean I would need to submit copies of both the passports and a letter specifying the change of name (so that they can the name in their records againt her UCI)

AND my passport if going to expire in November, 2015 so I have to apply for a new passport. So, what is the procedure of notifying this change to CIC? I mean I would need to submit copies of both the passports and a letter specifying the change.

Please help.
