Hi Guys
I am writing this while sitting in my hotel room just opp to central library mississuaga toronto. The landing experience for me as straight fwd.
1) Once you land you should go to the emigration section there you can see a separate counter for visiting people . You have to go there and give u r customs form filled (will get it from flight - fill using ur canadian local address... i filled it with my friends address) along with passport. she will greet us and ask us to go to another room which is on the right side. U can see a number of officers there to serve . U have to give passports ,landing papers and he will ask you to wait there and then will call u ask you about any rejection, criminal case against to u ...simply answer there then they will seal the copr and will congragulate u and will inform you that you will receive PR card in 4 to 6 weeks . then you should move to another counter there they will provide you some books ads etc related to settlement then they will take to another counter there also they will give you some books and the will provide you the forms for medical and child benefit scheme. A gentleman will tell you that you can take the sin number from airport itself and he will accompany u to that counter and there the person will ask you some qtns like ur father's first name, dob etc.. answer it correctly then they will provide you a print out with sin number for all. Then you should go and take ur luggage and go to customs there you have to provide the forms of goods carrying and goods will follow list.keep 2 copies of the forms and as u know u should take printouts for all jeweld that also two copies they will give u that papers with stamps on it along with a printout that u have to show while importing other items ... thats it finished... after that you can go to any service canada office for filing medical papers and child benefit scheme application.Thats it enjoyyyyy :D :D :D

Congratulations and a +1 to u for the good news...

Very lucky you are as found the job from home country itself....have a blast in new life...God Bless You !

Hi, received an email from CIC regarding misinterpretation on my FWS application. I had applied for Canadian visit visa in March 2014 along with my wife, on her application had mentioned that she had worked for 5 years as for eg XXXX. However, in reality, she had worked for the first 2 years as YYYY and the last 3 as XXXX, which i wasnt aware of while filling in the Visit visa form in early 2014 (it had been just 4 days to our marriage when we applied for the visit visa). Now on our FSW application we mentioned the 2 years YYYY and 3 years as XXXX, when our VO started processing our application, they found that the information mentioned on our FSW aplication with regards to my spouse's work does not match the information given on her Visit visa application that was applied for a year earlier. It was an honest misinterpretation from my side. What are my options now? Please urgently advise.

It may be a general server updation or temporary network congestion problem...

Check after sometime...it'll definitely work

Write a cover later to your VO by explaining them the situation as early as possible.

Send them E-Mail and also raise CSE wide urgent subject and attach your letter....

I couriered the DD to NDVO on 21st of April, which was received at VO on 22nd of april but i checked with the bank today, it is still not encashed by them.?? Anything unusual in this or is it normal?
