1. BEST WAYS TO CARRY JEWELLERY AND HOW TO DECLARE THEIR VALUE TO CANADIAN CUSTOMS( APPROX VALUE BY WEIGHT X GOLD RATE ON THE DAY OF LANDING -----OR ------ APPRAISAL FROM JEWELLERS)

2. DOCS TO BE PRESENTED TO CUSTOMS OFFICIALS. IS THERE A REQUIREMENT OF PHOTOS FOR EACH JEWELLERY ITEM
3. ANY SPECIFICS THAT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED TO AVOID INCONVINENCE

ALSO IT THEY CAN SHARE THE SOURCE FOR BUYING REASONABLE FLIGHT TICKETS TO CANADA ( WEBSITES OR TRAVEL AGENTS)

Could you please let me know if it is be ok for the POF (Proof of Funds) to be in a bank in India. I go to Canada with a minimal cash and then transfer the money there? If border security asks can I show the Bank Balance Slip from any cash machine at airport in Canada? Is that possible?

To the best of my knowledge, any Gold you are carrying without doesn't need photos but anything (Gold/Silver) that is part of Goods Accompanying List should be photographed. Seniors, please correct me if I am wrong.
