May be they are doing the things in batches..

instead of making us into batches...I think...its good if they breakdown into batches for each stage so that....each batch will get only that particular stage's applications...which will be easy for them to process...

and mainly....very separate batch for additional docs...

Its so sucking and killing....we have sent my spouse renewed passport on march 20 and no news yet....

additional docs means already we are behind our timelines in the race, now they are delaying it more .. not sure if they have opened the additional docs or not....when they will get back etc...

guys, its my sincere request/suggestion to you...please please please do your job at one go with CIC.....do not go for additional docs...the waiting without having any info seriously kills....its my personal experience

My case also same buddy, I have sent the renewed passport of my wife on Mar 19th and no news after third line update. Hope we will get soon....

I received the stamped PP's and the COPR letter on Apr 30.
I'm May 8 applicant, finally the journey has reached the one mile-stone I added my new-born kid to application in Oct so my case took some time.

I would like to appreciate the forum members..for support and company through this journey. I don't see much of members who were active and applied along with me active anymore now. But still..thanks for all the members on this forum who help themselves by helping others.

This forum is one great place where I see a lot of help and information...a symbol of goodness existing around

I would love to do so as I am in similar situation, but I am planning for Toronto.
1) International Driving license will allow you to drive for 9 months.
2) Get Driving extract from your RTO, this will help you to get your BC driving license easily.

Yes i sent additional docs of my baby in end of September 2014(Send baby Birth Cert, passport copy and PCC for bot me and my wife as well as updated froms)

And than i receive telephonic call in 23 jan and Mr on 12 march 2015

I guess people who have got PPR earlier might have chosen destination other than Toronto or less demanding location.

I request people who update their ppr status also to update destination.

Will a travel history to one country as a student also delay PPR?

Reason i am asking is my wife who is the primary has no travel history but me who is the dependent was in Australia for 2 years on a student visa.

Have already submitted the Australian PCC and full license history search on April 2nd.
