I am happy to share good news with you guys that I have received PPR this morning at 9:03 from NDVO.
I wish every one a speedy process of the PR.

My time line is

NOC 2131- Civil ( applied from INDIA)
Sep 8th Application Received
Dec 24th PER
2nd line update of Feb 13th
March 11th MR
3rd line got updated on 24th march e-medicals uploaded on 19th March
Reached DD, FBI and Indian PCC and medicals on March 26th
DD cashed on 30th March- ( received DD payment confirmation email on 7th April from NDVO)
3rd line got updated on 24th march
PPR on May 07

I Have received PPR but there is No attachment in that mail..i am worried ....in which email id should i mail to ask for the attachment ???how long will it take?

Visa application, tracking ID-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 06/05/2015 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection.

Passport submitted on 30/04/2015.

I am very happy to inform that today morning I have received PPR mail from DELHIIMMIGRATION where they asked for passport, photographs and some additional information for applicant and co-applicants. However I just checked ECAS status, it is still "In Process" and 4th line is not there.
Just wanted to know if any one else experienced the same. Thanks in advance .

Is it ok to send a email to NDVO asking the status instead of creating the GCMS notes ? anybody has done that and got reply ?

No mate, no reason to loose hope. VO takes time it can range as per application.
It took me 81 days from Meds completion or 71 days from 3rd Line update to get DM.
Give it another month before you get restless.

Really loosing hope now as it's been almost 55 days now still PPR DM not issued

NDVO will not give you any status apart from the fact that you file is under processing.
GCMS notes is the only way to get the as is details on your file.

You can surely try raising a CSE asking about your application status but you would most probably get a standard reply that your file is getting reviewed by VO or absolutely no reply at all.

i am still waiting for third line. have applied for gcms notes....hope all is well and its just the delay. my two cses with all attached docs have not been answered, so im assuming its running smooth....nor have been contacted on medicals...

Looks like, on the brought forward date (BF) the PCC request by VO was located.
Thus you file has been instructed to move from Registry(Safe house) to RFV team (Ready for Visa).
This team triggers DM and PPR.

One more observation I found that the criminality/security is not yet started. I did not see any update related to security/criminality activity.
Please check the below image

How can this be possible to move file to RFV without criminality/security check? Did they forget to update in the system about completion of criminality and security?

Yes that's ok.
Same as my case. I also ordered GCMS when I had my meds done and was waiting for DM.
I think these 2 get ticked off by the RFV folks. The check doesnt take more than a week. What consumes time is the wait time before the file is picked up by RFV.
