you share the NOC of my spouse. He lived in China earlier and has provided "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" as required by the CHC. We are also speculating that the delay in our case is due to China's Police clearance.

Just want to know that if you also have lived in China? if yes, then have you submitted the same documents known as "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" or some other document?

I have not lived in China...so no idea.....I have provided Police Certificate from other countries.

To me it seems you have provided the correct certificate....Different countries have different names for PCC....the objective is to have the declaration from the country that this individual does not have any criminal records.....

Started processing application on March 14th 2015
Medicals have been received on October 12th 2014
Rprf request on March 26th 2015

Does this mean that I can expect my ppr any time?
Is there any chances of rejection at this stage?

NDVO is not predictable there are guys who got PPR in 15 days after 3rd Line update as well

As per my understanding and GCMS report, Security and Criminality starts only after VO pass and update medicals.
