Buddy, we both have similar timelines. Even my GCMS states criminality in progress, lets hope this wait gets over this week.

Oh Man. Yeah I have sent an CSE to SGVO yesterday to let me know about the status of my case. This is going in endless loop.
May 12 it will be 1 year after Application reached CIC.
May 17 it will be 6 months after completing and uploading medicals
May 24 it will be 5 months after paying RPRF, sending updated Schedule A, PCC etc.

God knows when the wait will end.

I am following this forum from sometime and find it very informative. I have an urgent query, please help me regarding this. I am very tensed now.
My timelime is:

App received: 22nd Oct, 2014
Noc 0111
Visa office: NDVO shifted to Colombo
Per : 22nd Jan, 2015
AOR : 9th Mar, 2015 from colombo

I was waiting for 2nd line update and MR from VO from about 2 months after AOR, but yesterday when I checked my ECAS status it changed to "In process" to "Decision Made" with the 2nd and third line update at the same time. "We started ur application on 30th april, 2105" and "A decision has been made on your application and visa office will contact you concerning this decision" is appeared on the status. Please help me to understand is it a rejection, because I filed my application with 69 points and I have no problem with all of my documents. And please help me that what should I do now. I am very tensed now.

Firends,

I got a mail from Delhi immigration on 1st May to submit "Submission of Marriage Certificate, Legal Separation Petition, Declaration for an excluded spouse R117(9)(d)" . I have sent the dully attested copies of these documents and they were delivered yesterday i.e. 5th May. I have got couple of questions:

1.Can there be a rejection at this stage considering I have got 3rd line update and deposited RPRF Fee and PCC. The documents being asked for are logical since my marital status is legally separated and I didnt submit any doc corresponding to this in the file initially.

2.By how much time do you think that my PR will get delayed.(The documents submitted are dully attested and are well put up).

I dont think this can be the reason for rejection. Firstly, these are valid docs as you said you had not submitted them earlier. So they will process these docs and accordingly process your file. Dont worry

I was in middle of a meeting. to be honest, bored but all that changed when i saw DM on e-Cas check on my Android phone.

Immediately came out of the meeting, Called my consultant and i was just so lost in the moment that i didnt hear anything apart from PPR from her. then posted here to inform all my wonderful friends on the forum. Called my parents and told them about it. It was some day for me

Really sorry to heard about your situation buddy. Unfortunately this has to be rejection as you hvant completed your medicals.

Once got the rprf is there any chances for visa rejection

Have u paid d RPRF and got medicals done? What was your time limit they have given for both of these?.

Thanks !!. I believe when things are in you capacity, You must put every effort you are capable of.

Apart from this i went on total diet change for 2.5 months until next Xray (This infection came back sometime in January, I didn't mention 3 extra Xrays that i had with my DOC during follow up and other trivial). Nearly all fruits diet. Went for steam bath nearly everyday to shell out any mucus from my lungs. I did't want to have ANY chance this time. Had to bear the name of crazy person among family and friends. Lost a lot of muscle (went from 76 to 68). But everyday brought me closer to my goal and made me stronger.

All said, I hope Visa stamping will be smoother now

same as my case buddy....did medical in January and no ecas updated with medical received status....GCMS shows medical passed for family except me...it shows medical sent only....
and it means they have not checked medical yet for me...its just updated on the date they sent MR request....that's why showing as a sent....
its endless wait and will take long time....I have seen September applicants getting passport request and visa stamped and we may june applicant waiting and waiting....
no hope in near future....

Here is my Case Story

I got MR+PCC+RPRF+PP request on Nov 4.
Did medicals on Nov 11 and results uploaded on Nov 17
RPRF Paid + PP submit+Updated Schedule A+PCC submitted on Dec 24.
Wait wait wait wait wait wait............
Mar 10 asked SGVO about Status, SGVO says pending medical assessment for my wife.
Mar 15 Urgent request to release PP for Biz Travel. They said collect in 3 days but case is still in Process and PP will be returned without Stamping.
Mar 21 Collected PP back without Stamping.
Wait Wait wait wait Wait................
Apr 2 Requested GCMS notes
Wait Wait Wait Wait Wait..............
May 2 GCMS received. Medical Approved for all except wife. Criminal Check in Progress for all. No other specific details highlighting issue with the file or medical. So as you mentioned, it looks like They haven't checked medical for my wife yet. Which is sad. Hospital said no issues with any of our medical reports. Dont understand why Criminal checks are open since last 5 months ????

May 5 Checked last update on ECAS was on Nov 4, We started processing your file......
May 5 Raised CSE with SGVO on case status.

I plan to find a way to escalate to CIC on my case. There are a lot of things at stake here and I dont think we deserve this trauma.

Mate noramlly ppl get PPR within 2 weeks from DM but NDVO is absolutely unpredictable...someone in this forum reported PPR after 2 months from DM. So just hang on and chances of rejection at this stage are rare so hope for the best. Kindly update your full profile so forum members can guide your further.
