Hi All, Congrats to those who have been receiving MRs and PPR!

Question to those who have interview "waived"- did you folks get that interview waiver email with MR or with PPR? As you can see in my profile status I recently did my medicals and status shows " medicals have been receiving". I am wondering what is the next step in this long immigration process. I wish next step being just PPR and visa stamping and no more queries from immigration Canada :D!!

Thanks in advance for your replies!

Good luck All!

Guys,
I have a question in IMM5669E form. I was in US and in L1B visa my company tried to convert that to L1A status and the petition got rejected . In IMM5669E form for section A 6d and 6e I have put NO. I thought it was NO since it was not a visa rejection but a petition rejection.

Should I raise a CSE and let VO know about this? My third line has been updated and waiting for PPR.

Please note I am dependent not principal applicant.

been refused refugee status,an immigrant or premanent resident visa(includind a certificat de selection du quebec ) or visitor or temporary resident visa to canada or any other country? No

been refused admission to , or ordered to leave, canada or any other country? No

Thanks,

Hi

I think you don't need to worry that much. Is the FD tie with the current account of your hubby? If yes then just send them the latest bank statement wherein the Fixed Deposit can be reflected plus a bank certificate from the bank. The fact that you will be working in Canada you will no longer require to furnish the Proof of Fund provided you get the necessary proof to send it to CIC.

Good luck and God bless!
thanks friend. The FD is under my husband's name but he has a different current account. Yes things are a little complicated, but we are trying our best to figure it out.

for my work permit, it is a postdoc fellow position for two years. so it is LMIA Exempt. I do not know does that work but still hope it can help a little.

Thank you!

Dear Seniors,

One of my friend whose file transferred from NDVO/WVO, NOC 4214, PER date 08/01/2015 and AOR date 03/02/2015 and awaiting SLU got a visit on his linkedin profile yesterday by anonymous.

What does it indicate from background check point of view?

He has provided all details such as appointment orders, salary slips, reference letters from two superiors, etc and is having more than 8 years of experience.

He has updated his linkedin profile too as per his PER application 2-3 months ago.

He is very tensed, seniors please give your opinion.

Dear forum members

I am new to this forum. I have been a silent reader for long time. I have applied for FSW in August 2014 and in March last week I have completed my medicals and 3rd line updated after 1 week. Now waiting for DM & PPR.

I find this forum is really helpful with lot of informations, advices and suggestions regarding the
Ca-immigration
