Hi Hello friends

What I understand is you were rejected twice for Canada (Visitor and Student). Could you please let me know if you were provided with any documentation for the reasons behind the rejection and if you have these documents handy?

I was rejected USA (F1) Visa and UK Student Visa and this is what I have written in the application form.

1. On 22nd Jun 2006, my F1 (Student) visa was refused for USA. I was not provided with any document in relation to the reasons behind the refusal. However, I was told verbally that I don't quality for F1 visa at that point of time.

2. On 16th Jan 2007, my student visa was refused for UK. I was provided with documentation in relation to the reasons behind the refusal. Please find the enclosed letter from the UK immigration officer.

I was even deported 15 years from USA after my divorce from my US ex-spouse when I lost my PR status because I was on a temporary green card. I reported this unfortunate event in my initial application to CIC. Then, this has not affected my PR application as I received the MR three weeks ago and I guess things are going well for me ( hoping so ;D).
Be honest with CIC in order to rest your soul and your mind and avoid the unexpected!

Hi Guy

Need your opinion ..

3rd line ( Medical received) updated on 08th April and I am waiting for DM / PPR . As I have to serve 3 months' notice period in my company . Does it make sense to resign now or wait for my DM / PPR ( After background / Security checks are complete) and then resign ... I am unable to take a call ... Appreciate your feedback /suggestions

Time line
NOC 2132 .
Application date 10th Sept .
PER ... 17th Dec
MR / 3rd line update --- 08th April 2015

Thanks for the support

Hi Ravees, Have read in the forum that some ppl had resigned after getting third line update or after DM, but I found it to be a risky preposition.

It's always good to be on a safer side. I would suggest wait for DM/PPR.

Even I had the same dilemma and mine is also 3 month's notice period. I chose to wait for my PPR. I had resigned today ;D ;D

Wait for your day..!!

Can someone share the link for updating entries in the spreadsheet. I have lost the link.

I received an image in the email for that table
I need top request NDVO for redirecting my stamping to Riyadh visa office that's the priority right now

Well, I had created a separate word file using the same tabular format and filled in all the details.

I think that should be good as long as they get all the required information.

You most welcome psicolala , Wish you get 3rd line soon and then speedy PPR and PR ;) :)

iam in the same boat like u but i choose to wait for PPR then i will resign...meds done on 15 and still waiting positively :)

Hi ravees1s , you can resign and serve notice period, as it will not take so much time to issue PPR to you.
Most probably you will get PPR with in this week or next. Means within 15 days.
Rest up to you, depends on your planning to move/land.
All the very best, Cheers !!!!!

+1 for patience ;) :)

Meanwhile I got PR for Australia. So I am just on tour of australia with family now. can I complete my and my family (wife+daughter) medical here in australia if i get medical call? what is the procedure for that?

Congrats vineetgovani for Australian PR ;), yes you can do medical from anywhere from Panel hospital, you will get all details in MR email.
You need to take appointment form Panel Hospital and show your forms and passport, they will do it as per procedure.
Cheers !!!!!

Guyz my meds done on 15 april still waiting for PPR...how much i have to wait?? My visa office is london

Brother khigal it can take from 15-45 days to get PPR.
But London VO don't take so much time, usually they issue PPR within 1 week or 15 days after 3rd line.
