As per me its not required because these details are needed to claim points of relative which you already claimed before getting PER.... so no need to worry as they are more concerned about changes in your current status not a relative.... moreover he just changed address rest of his identification documents and govt. Ids are still same

I hope this phase is already completed and they have verified my brother's details and that they will not verify those again since the second line update states that they have started processing my application now. Would welcome seniors opinions on this.

In my case third line is not updated yet medical
Done on Jan 24 ... My 5 yr old son medical was not uploaded so we send hard copy along with PCC on Feb 21 .... But no update and news after that also.

Already send emails and raised CSE but no response.

There are few people in similar situation. One of the reason for delay at MR stage is being picked up for cross check of your employment/education. Please check with your employer(s) if they got any verification call.
Dont worry your application will be processed but with some delay. In the meantime you can apply for GCMS to get some hint on your file.
If you dont know GCMS,search in forum you get lot of posts that explain how to order GCMS.

Finally I have received the passport with Visa stamped. It took almost 2 months for Visa stamping.

Here are my timelines:

App: 12th May
PER: 19th Aug
MR done: 26th Sep
PPR :27th Feb
Passport Submitted: 2nd March
Passport Received: 29th April

Thnks, Webdev. I'm getting worried now. I just pretend at times that I don't have any pending application. All my employment and education background are true though. No lies with my application. Do they do that to random people?
