Finally I have received the passport with Visa stamped. It took almost 2 months for Visa stamping.

Here are my timelines:

App: 12th May
PER: 19th Aug
MR done: 26th Sep
PPR :27th Feb
Passport Submitted: 2nd March
Passport Received: 29th April

Its through Fedex from USA TO NEWDELHI... its showing me received by security guard VIKASH... confirm with fedex they said its the same address given on package(NDVO ADD.)

Brother s my courier was also received by Security Guard only, but name i dont know. I sent it with PRofessional.. they told me that all the packages will be rcvd by SG with Seal after receiving. I asked them to provide me the POD( Proof of Delivery), just now few minutes before i received that and it has CHC seal on the receiver column.
so you too ask them to send the POD for your courier.. nothing to worry brother..be happy
