Finally I have received the passport with Visa stamped. It took almost 2 months for Visa stamping.

Here are my timelines:

App: 12th May
PER: 19th Aug
MR done: 26th Sep
PPR :27th Feb
Passport Submitted: 2nd March
Passport Received: 29th April

Karunya - did your third line get updated on 22nd Jan 2015? I share the same NOC as you and have got third line update on 6th March 2015.
Do you have a travel history ?

10-Jan-15 - Received MR from NDVO.
22-Jan-15 - Medicals Done
30-Jan-15 - Medical Received (Third Line updated).
09-Mar-15 - Received a phone call from NDVO. My passport will expire by Sept 2015. Lady over the call asked if I wanted stamping on existing passport or if I wanted to renew my passport and send notarized copies of the new passport. I opted the second option.
19-Mar-15 - Sent additional documents (Notarized copies of Renewed Passport)
20-Mar-15 - Additional Documents have been received by NDVO.
30-Mar-15 - E-mailed NDVO asking if they have received my additional documents and to know my application status.
23-Apr-15 - Received a reply from NDVO saying "We have received the requested information/documents (Copy of passport for Spouse) and your application is currently awaiting a review by a visa officer".

Yes, I have travel history. I studied and worked in UK for 4 years.

Dear Brother.. i too went through the same confusion yesterday, but later came to know that normally security only will collect all the packages. even for your information, i didnt receive the POD for my package delivery. BTW did you use Professional COurier or what?

Its through Fedex from USA TO NEWDELHI... its showing me received by security guard VIKASH... confirm with fedex they said its the same address given on package(NDVO ADD.)

I called up at 011 26941111 and asked for POD.
Also emailed at csdel @ bluedart.com and received POD

Hey LORDHELP, why don't you email NDVO like I did? I received a response from them in 34 days. I know its a long time but atleast you will have piece of mind if they reply back.
