Thnx webdev, but then why there is a difference in date? Is it like medicals was received first (31st March) & Then processing started (15th April) ? still checks are left to be done? time for DM/PPR is same for all VO as my VO is now Colombo instead of ND??

yes buddy it might be possible that they are still doing background checks. For DM/PPR each VO has got different processing times...but its better yours is not NDVO as its absolutely pathetic

3) Goods carrying list (X2 copies)
4) Goods to follow list (X2 copies)
5) Proof of funds
6) Passport size photos

do we require any immunization /dental/health record etc ?

Third line updated on 08/04/15
Courier recieved at NDVO on 17/04/15.

Now my query is from what date they start working on my application or from what date I should count days towards DM?

I havent landed yet but my friend did a couple of weeks back.

- Goods Carrying list - They had it along basis the various suggestions on this forum but the customs officer didnt take it. All he was interested in is the goods to follow list which the freight company had given to my friend.

- Immunization card is needed for kids to get admission in the school. Can be skipped for adults.

In addition the below while not required is a good thing to carry

- DL extract which will help you get a G2 license in Canada without the G1(Leaner's License).
- Copies of past and present Vehicle Insurance (3-4 years). Vehicle insurance in Can is expensive for new comers because the insurance companies are not sure if you are a good driver. Past insurance record will help you show the "No Claim Rebate" which suggests that you have had an accident free run. This serves as a base to negotiate down the insurance cost in Canada.

Congrts for TLU....Each case is different buddy and its not even predicted specially when VO is NDVO but on average it should be between 30-90 days

I have sent my application for FSW end of December and have confirmation from the carrier that it has reached the right address in time to be considered for rules prior to 31 Dec 2014. I still haven't heard anything from them, not even a single email or a call that they have received my application/or status. What do i do? who shall i contact? how long do you think i have to wait more in your experience.

Any help would really be appreciated guys.

Dear senior members,

I have few questions please.

1. Does Hotmail put London immigration office email LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca in list of safe senders.

2. What happens if an email sent by London office is not read or gets deleted (after going into junk). Do they send reminder or letter to the registered address or legal representative.

3. One of my friends (though he has a representative) got an email directly from LVO asking for additional docs. His lawyer was not copied. His second line in ECSA is now updated.

4. I got PER before him (for same category) but no update for me.
