Just Wanted to share that my application has been rejected as the duties of the existing job did not match the NOC in which i had applied.

Can anyone help me as to which NOC i should apply in EE

Hi,
I have submitted all the required docs to CIC but so far 4th line is not updated.

Below is the status so far.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2014.
We started processing your application on November 18, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

Third line was updated around 17 Dec after submitting required doc like RPRF & PCC.

FBI PCC was submitted to them on Mar 14 , 2015.

Since then no updates. Just bit concerned as it 1.5 month since then.
Can any one please tell me when can I expect 4th line to be updated.

You should request GCMS notes Gunjan...that will reflect whts holding your application

It seems the VO forget to update second line... no need to worry as you are at thirdline.
your DM will be on it's way in 30-90 days. there are many from earlier months(may-aug) waiting for DM.

Thnx webdev, but then why there is a difference in date? Is it like medicals was received first (31st March) & Then processing started (15th April) ? still checks are left to be done? time for DM/PPR is same for all VO as my VO is now Colombo instead of ND??

Final update on SS made. PP with COPR received today. The visa stamp does not have the photo though. I hope that is a normal practice.

Hope to bump into you guys in Canada - may be visiting Niagara falls on a nice and sunny summer afternoon. All the best

Congrats.
A British passport does not require an Visa to enter Canada as it falls under the visa exempt coutries.

COPR is all that's needed and i gather your husband has received that. You are all set.

Hi

I am hoping someone can tell me if it is normal not to receive a visa in a British Passport. We got our passports back today and mine and my children all have our visa's in them (South African Passports) although in my husbands passport (British) there is no visa??? He is the main applicant.

We got what I think is the CoPR letter giving - for each of us - including my husband. and an invoice and another letter

Please could someone tell me if this is ok??
