If you pay in online then you pay it in CAN $$. After paying you can send the receipt to Colombo VO

By paying using DD, you will need to check with bank to know when the DD was encashed.

Guys,
I prepared DD for RPRF for two amounting INR48400.00 on behalf of 'Canadian High Commission' but nowhere mentioned 'payable at new delhi'.
Will this create a problem in encashing?

my concern is not RPRF, but application fee for permanent residence which i have not paid yet for my spouse and kid ( CAD$ 700=550+150)

I am a July 14th applicant. I submitted my RPRF DD along with PCC on 19 Feb, however I got my original RPRF DD returned on 02 Apr stating wrong payable name. I re-sent the RPRF DD on 06 Apr 2015. However, it has still not been encashed yet.
My worry is that the PCC documents are valid for three months which is only till 03 May 2015.
Can anybody please share any similar experience they had or advise on what I need to do.

My timelines:
Application submitted - 14 July 2014
Credit card charged - 30 Oct 2014
PER email - 10 Nov 2014
Processing started - 20 Jan 2015
Email Request for medicals, PCC & RPRF - 27 Jan 2015
MR received - 10 Feb 2015
Submitted RPRF demand draft, PCC - 19 Feb 2015

RPRF DD returned - 02 Apr 2015
RPRF new DD re-submitted - 06 Apr 2015

I don't have the old link for FSW2014. Since the cap has reached they have removed the links. This is the link from the express entry site

You can choose the appropriate details and pay it online. Normally once you inform the VO about the change in family status they will provide you the details along with a form that needs to be filled. You should have received it.
If you have not then I suggest you wait for the mail from the VO

There are quite a few people who have got PPR emails before DM line update. It is better this way at least you don't have to wait anxiously for PPR email after getting DM update. Lots of people with this scenario are also there. so don't worry and go ahead with fulfilling the PPR requirements.

I have received a receipt from NDVO that they have received my RPRF DD.

Final wait till PPR is now started.

Subash, if the DD says - "Payable at Par" and is from a nationalized bank then you should not have a problem
 
Anybody is planning to attend CIIP session at Hyderabad on May 19 to 21st? Have your received any update on the venue and your MAP schedule timings?

For others who have attended CIIP sessions, when do they normally inform about the venue and schedule?

I don't have experience with this scenario but in general when you submit a document and it is accepted then you are fine even if it expires. In this case they have examined your documents and returned the DD. Meaning they have accepted the PCC and the same would have been updated in your file. So even if they expire they should be fine.
Experts can comment on this...

I don't have experience with this scenario....But the problem was with RPRF not PCC...PCC was received by VO within time and when it was perfectly valid...That's all that matters...Relax!!
