I kept Medicals on hold as my wife was pregnant & due date was 8th April, 2015... ::) ::) ::)
MR, PCC & RPRF - submission deadline was 23rd Apr, 2015.

6th Apr, 2015 - Blessed with a baby boy..!! :-* :-*
17th Apr, 2015 - MR , PCC & RPRF done for me & spouse (As advised by the Doc to do it after 10 days of delivery)

18th Apr, 2015 - Sent an email asking procedure to add newborn (attached RPRF receipt, eMedical acknowledgement & application for adding newborn)

21st Apr, 2015 - Received reply from CVO describing the process to be followed. It is mentioned that, post submission, they'll send request to perform medicals for child..!! (They are indeed quick on replying the emails... :P :P)

Now collecting the documents to be sent for adding child to application..!! ;) ;)

Best wishes to all of you for speedy process..!! :)

Hey Guys,

I have a question
Is it regular for a VO to ask for copies of the passports, and not the actual passports, along with the chart that is usually asked to be filled at the PPR stage, with information on height and eye color...etc?

Also, was there ever a condition for the Passport to be valid for 12 months?

NDVO email address plsss?

Thanks a lot for your advice. can you please guide me how to apply me. your help will be highly appriciated

If you know someone in Canada they can order it on your behalf. Or some private agencies are doign it and they charge around CAD 30-40 for that. Go to caips.ca, gcmsnotes.com, caipsnotes.com....It will take around 5-6 weeks but atleast u will know whts happening with your application.

Hope this helps :)
