Wanna share my case it might help you to figure out your query..
my PCC of Nepal and wife's PCC of Nepal n Bangladesh (where she studied, after that PCC issued she never went there) send along with application to CIO
but they request PCC of Nepal for me and PCC for my wife from Nepal and Bangladesh again...
my wife Bangladesh PCC was issued in Feb 2014, i think it was almost a year so they request it again..

Since you sent PCC that already crossed 3 months mark in your wife's case, they asked for the fresh PCC. But why do they again ask for fresh PCC of Nepal? Do you have any thoughts to reason for this?

CSE is really optional but sending Passport copies to VO is mandate

Is notarization of the PP copies is required, as the country which I live in does not have notarization facility

It's better to send notarised hard copies to VO. However, CSE is a specific case enquiry where you will attach soft copies of your passport but VO might ask for notarised copies and they will respond after 30 days. Therefore, delaying your case.....

Thanks for your reply. What is meant by bio page of passport? Did you send copies of all pages or what? Did you notarize them from notary public or not? Let's see what MR email demands in my case.

Dear all

My query is refarding change in family composition. I recd my medicals req on 28 march 2015 and on 4 apr we completed medicals. My wife was expected and we also raise cse, however she also completed medicals. On 8 apr i send docs along with rprf and passport copies. On 14 apr i blessed with a baby girl and on the same day third line updated as medicals received. Now i m in process to make birth certificate and passport for my newborn.
So can i expect mail regard my newborn or dm. And then yhey add tge infant.

Please suggest me regarding this.

If you've raised a CSE you can expect to hear from the VO with instructions for adding your daughter.

I was usually an information seeker from this forum. But now as my case is proceeding even i want to ask a few questions from seniors.. My appkication was recieved on 1st october 2014.. And it has been sent to colombo sri lanka for further processing on 21st feb 2015....so when i can i expect the MR. And what is the speed of colombo embassy in processing the cases.

How long to MR varies widely. You can probably expect it within a month but nobody can say for sure. If you look in the spreadsheet and choose the tab "Processing times by VO" you can get some average numbers for guidance.

Here is the checklist of the documents you need to send (which includes yourself and dependents)

1/ PDF copy of the document request letter sent as part of medical request. This is very important
2/ PCC in case if you haven't submitted as part of application
3/ Medical acknowledgement forms with your photo attached given by the panel physician
4/ RPRF fees paid and printout of the receipt with all the information duly filled in
5/ Covering letter. Though it is not mandatory but I recommend to include this asking for favorable and quick decision from VO. . Please ping me offline and I can provide you with the matter.
6/ Passport bio pages (first and last). Color copies are recommended :-* :-*
7/ Any other documents requested as part of medical request.

Courier all the documents using DTDC as they deliver to the PO Box which other courier agencies hesitate. They do deliver but you need to take out the PO box number from the address. Use DTDC next business day delivery which cost you 300 rupees but will have lot of fun in spending ie., after all you are getting a visa ;D ;D ;D ;D

Sending scan copies via email doesn't make sense to me.
