As per CoPR, my wife is kept on Medical Surveillance.

I have Two Questions :
1. After going through the Instructions Sheet enclosed with CoPR, as per my understanding , she was supposed to get some Surveillance form (IMM535) along with the CoPR. But, it is not there in the VFS Pkg. Can anyone pls confirm, if we get the form with the CoPR or it will be sent separately ??

2. I have read somewhere that Surveillance process takes around 6 months to complete. But, initially we are planning to go for a Short Landing only (6-7 days). So, could anyone please guide how to go about it ? Or, what exactly happens during medical surveillance tests ?

Your MR date is your due date, hence they will review your file every month on this day (20). Hence, you may see the update in this month. Don't freak out in case it doesn't happen though. As I said, sometimes it takes a while for third line to appear, but it's followed by a fast PPR.

For me it was 4 months from 3rd line update to PPR. But every VO and every application is different.

If possible, share the interview call letter so that its contents could be understood

Also please provide your time line.

Re: Process Remaining @ VO after submitting Passport..??

That means its only a formality and nothing left for VO to verify, Correct..??

It should be, but in PPRs they always state that there is still no guarantee of visa issuance. However I cannot recall any case where anyone has received further requests for information after PPR.

My file was transferred from NDVO to Warsaw . I have received a MR & RPRF yesterday. I have very urgent query
1) I have just paid RPRF & have got a email of the recipet. The receipt only has my name printed on it . Do I need to enter the other details like Address , Client ID number physically and send a hard copy to WVO
2) Do I need to send the medical done receipt to WVo.

I would be a great help if some body guides me step by step on the way forward after receiving Medical & RPRF

1. You should for clarity's sake.
2. Not necessary unless they have asked for it.

Good luck.

Decision Made. Passport still en route to CPC-O

Congrats. Our passports seem to be on the way back (HKVO officer called today to ask which of our kids' passport numbers should go on the COPR, as they have 2 passports), but still no DM for me.

DM is absolutely irrelevant (pretty much like all e-cas updates).
Ready for Visa email means that processing is completed and the IPM (in case of VO) or AD (in case of CPC-O) reached a final decision to issue travel document.

Dear All,

I made a query to "colombo-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca" last week to provide some extra time for PCC from FBI (A request has already been made for same in Jan'2015) but I could not get any response. I am having two queries in this regard -

1. If I provide the PCC from state police (Traveled states during stay in US), will that work or PCC from FBI is mandatory?

2. How would I get to know, whether a relaxation has been provided to me or not on the same from Colombo VO, if I dont get any response for my mail?

Thanks
