Is there anything we can assume with our first few digits of our UCI? Eg., speed of processing.

My timelines: Application Filed - 18-Sep-2014, Started Processing - 3-March-2015, MR - 13-March-2015, Medical results received by VO - 31-March-15.
VO: Kingston; NOC: 4011.
When can I expect PPR?

med revd NVDO - 22 Feb
RPRF & other docs done and sent - 22 feb
PPR - no news....
any one on same boat ?
