Status update on Visa stamping. I've observed that people who submitted passports to vfs other than the delhi one, have received their passports earlier.

The CIIP invitation email begins with this->

"Dear CIIP Client,
We are pleased to invite you to attend the upcoming Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) session. We encourage spouses and any adult children over the age of 16 to attend as well however, they will need to register in our website"

So no such criteria about only Principal Applicant..go ahead and register but it'd be better if you and ur wife do it together...

Calendar days don't make sense for tracking....There was a long weekend that's not getting reflected...It should be working days....Also time varies depending on VFS/ Courier..

Yes, the Visa issue date is 11th march where as I got DM on 17th march.

Yes I know u will...One query...When was Visa Issued in ur case...As in, is the start date of the Visa earlier than your DM update on Ecas/ PPR?..As we saw another applicant 'ratingcrady' say Visa Issued Date is always earlier (i.e. on the day DM is made by the Officer)

On my boy and wife's COPR, that section has my details and on my letter, they both are mentioned.

Ref to the 2nd section on COPR where personal details header is suffixed as either PA or DEP as appropriate.

Today I collected my passport with affixed visa.

I have the following question regarding IMM 5688 Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form:
On my wife's COPR I am listed as an accompanying dependant. How come I am a dependant there being a Principal Applicant at the same time? Is this okay? Please have a look at your COPR's and let me know if you have the same

your case looks similar as mine...medicals done in first week of January and requested for PCC extension for another country not FBI....third line is not updated....today is exact 3 months but no 3rdline...all the results r uploaded by hospital and nothing pending....
I don't know whats going on....I raised a GCMS also.....lets c...

Send indian PCC and paid landing fees on Feb 21, 2015 and filed for extension for FBI report
Submitted FBI on March 14, 2015

I am Worried because no third line update yet
Don't know how long it will take for DM and PR.

I believe each VO have their unique flow of processing. We all know that NDVO sends MR for the majority in this forum at the last stage and Paris VO sends right after AOR. Another example is very fast Sau Paulo VO.

So does anybody know how Paris VO works? Especially for background verification and security investigation? ie:

- Do they rely on what we submitted and investigate the genuineness of those?
- Do they do employment verification with the companies?
- Do they do security investigation by the agencies in the countries we have declared? (this might be the reason for delay, maybe the agencies in some countries work slow and Paris VO gets the response late)
- Any other options?

is there anyone with such kinda experiences ? been obviously investigated like phone calls /email / ... to his/her HR,Boss ...?

Hi all,

I have a question, I have applied in July 2014, and a week ago received a bio data page request from the VO. I do require a visa to enter Canada and so I am not sure why they asked for a copy of my bio data and not my passport? My application is been processed by Bucharest VO. I am currently in Canada on a student visa.

I know some have waited longer to reach to this point, but thinking about it has been very exhausting "why they havent asked for my passport already?". I cannot even concentrate on my studies.

Congrats.

You say you were both principal applicants. But at some point you withdrew one of the applications (yours) and only your wife's was processed to completion, is that correct?

If correct you are a dependant on your wife's application and are not a principal applicant anymore. It changes nothing except that you can't land first without your wife.

Medicals done – 08-01-2015
3rd line Added – 14-01-2015
But baby fee has not been credited so posted a query,ndvo responded by sending an emailthat paid baby fee with in 30 days. Paid the fee online and sent the receipt on 18th march 2015.
DM /PPR - Waiting
Are there any other applicants who updated their baby details got ppr?
How many days more does ndvo take to get PPR or DM?Seniors please advise............
