Ok..Just wondered because the medical centre told me these forms will be sent to CIC directly by them. If I wish, as a proof can send the receipt of payment of medicals.

Yes you need to send the copy of MR IMM1017 form by the doctor as a proof of medical.

Need the wise advice of this forum once again..

But in my case, they told me original receipts are enough & didn't share any tracking sheet..

My third line was updated on 27th Jan
But I sent my PCC/MR receipts on 18th Feb.

Are you applying by your own or via some Canadian site ..gcms file.com n all

If appLying by your own .. U need license or passport copy of any known fren or relative in canada and log on to atip website directly , it will charge 5 cad only

For GCMS

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp
In atip on last page you have to upload scanned copy of consent form signed by you and spouse and upload license or passport of Canadian person in same bar

Or if applying from some website just mail them scanned n signed consent form and they will fill the rest with foto proof of canadian citizen

Rest process is same

Atip cost 5 cad

Hi CIIP session is planned at Hyderabad on 19 to 21 May, 2015...
I have registered and got confirm the seat for that, they will ask general info in registration and also MMR proof...
it will be helpful for us to understand the all new things,

people may register for that in the respective cities....
