1. Can I carry CAD8000 cash and rest in travellers cheques..
2. Do i need bill for the cash foreign exchange ??

I do not have any bills for cash.. but i have for travellers cheques..
Will it be a problem..

Guys I have some questions.

(1) Best way to carry funds to canada?
(2) How to open accounts in scotia bank from india?
(3) Is it mandatory to carry all the POF at the time of landing?
(4) Is it beneficial to open an account from india or open bank account in canada is good option.. ( I have read somewhere that at the time of opening bank account in canada will give you more benefit then india)

You cant book tickets here, but these sites give comparative fares and take you to the cheapest verified sites offering tickets.

Pandu and a few frnds mentioned abt KAYAK.com, ebrookers and momondo.com.. i've just checked them they are showing a very low fare and good combinations of flights when compared with other sites.

frnds if you have any other links kindly share them so that it will be of use to all of us..

I think british airways has the best luggage capacity which we can carry its 2 bags each weighing 23kgs.
Any suggestions ?

Dear Seniors........Need Urgent Advise......

The request for MR that I have received is asking for the PCC for me and my spouse from Senegal (as I am presently residing in Senegal) and PCC from India. However, the PCC from India for myself n spouse was submitted with my initial application.

Now, I am presently residing in Senegal and they want Indian PCC issued by SSP/SP/Commissioner of Police/ACP/The station House Office or Regional Passport Office.

Since I am in Senegal, I cannot get this PCC from any of these offices except Indian Embassy in Senegal....Will that be acceptable by NDVO?Huh

Should I reply to the same mail asking for clarification?Huh

Please advise if anyone has faced the similar situation....

Hi All,

I sent mine and my spouse's China PCC, India PCC, Med proof, RPRF paid by CC's proof and bio pages of PP to NDVO on March 11th via Bluedart, and these documents were received at NDVO on March 12th. But till now i have neither received DM nor the PPR mail. I am worried......

Last date of submission of these documents was April 10th.

I was wondering shall i send all these documents once again to NDVO before April 10th.

please suggest is it advisable to send these again..........

Dear All,

Can anyone please suggest:-

I am principal applicant and based in Dubai and my spouse is in Pakistan, Hence on request for Passport for visa stamping regarding Permanent residence, I sent my passport to ABU DHABI embassy on 21 March 2015 which has been received at Embassy via Aramex on 22 March 2015 at 12 noon.

My spouse sent her passport on 27 March 2015 towards Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan which they received it on 30 March 2015 . So shall I count 10 working days separately for both passports or together starting from date my spouse sent it.

Further, how many days ABU DHABI emabssy and Islamabad embassy is taking these days for stamping and sending passports back.

My concerned visa office is London.
