Did not check the recent trends but looking into the SS should give you an idea which app date they are processing for your NOC

Dear friends,

I've completed my medicals on 5th March'15 and received 3rd line update on 17th March'15.

When can i expect PPR/DM ?

NOC : 2133

as per my knowledge its illegal to send indian passport out of country through courier etc... and Newyork vo do the stamping as we have earlier cases in forum too who got there indian passport stamped from nyvo.

It's illegal to send Indian passport out of india ..if you check the CIC website they have mentioned that for PR purposes in North America all passport would be handled by CPCO ..I am just going by that fact ..I am not aware of any cases where the stamping was done in NYVO ..if so then it will increase my knowledge ..rest the guy who had put that query is flying to india so it's always better to get it stamped from india if you are here for a short time interval or else if possible delay your schedule in the US
