In case of past history of TB

1) Is it mandatory to go for sputum tests
2) Can we do TB tests in advance from any other Recognized Hospital, so that it could save the time
3) Can IOM perform TB test in advance (before getting MR)???

Kindly reply

Guys,

Can we expect any passports stamping today? Or are they closed :(

hi Guys i hope you all are doing great.
I've a situation here:
My medical is done recently and 3rd line also got updated.
But when i was about to send RPRF and proof of medical examination, i found that ive lost the emedical tracking sheets and emedical Client Consent of me and my spouse.
Then i reissued the tracking sheets from the hospital but they didn't stamp the sheets with doctor's name and date as done earlier and also i didnt get the emedical client consent as i was not remembering what all other documents they gave me along with tracking sheets

Then I've mailed the unstamped tracking sheets without emedical client consent along with rprf and other requested documents

Now I've found the tracking sheets and e medical client consent which i had lost earlier.

Now my query is should i resend the stamped tracking sheet and e medical client consent or its not needed???

Kindly help
Thanks

No need.....If its an Emedical Center, its the Hospital which has the duty to upload the results....In fact u shud see the 3rd line of update 7-10 days after Hospital uploads to CHC (if ur VO is NDVO) irresp of u sending the receipts or not..If u see the wording in your letter- "Please complete or provide proof of completion for Medicals....."..So sending receipts and Emedical tracking sheets to CHC is actually optional for E-medical centers..:)..Since u have already submitted it's fine no need to submit again...

Hi,

Second line updates when your file is assigned to a Visa Officer and the Visa Officer starts processing your file (Screening all the docs that you have submitted and background check). Once he is satisfied with that, he will issue MR......From 2nd line update to MR the wait time varies from 1 to 60 days.....

Hope this clarifies....

Best of Luck

Thanks RATAN for the revert. There's no second line update in my application yet....So it means that my file is yet to be assigned to Visa officer? Generally the File gets assigned in a month's time...is it?

You do not need to resend the medical related docs as according the MR mail ": Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical", so as you have completed the medicals and the hospital will send the medical results to VO & 3rd line will be updated.

It is only required to send following docs after MR/RPRF request:
1. Passport photocopy
2. RPRF receipt
3. PCC if asked
4. MR/RPRF Request Mail

So chill nd wait for 3rd line update.

Hi humber hawks,

Do not worry about the delay in between PER and AOR as no processing is done within this timeframe. Your file is successfully transferred to WVO and AOR is the confirmation of the same. So welcome to the MR waiting club of WVO :D ;D

Let's be hopeful that we all from WVO receive 2nd line update/MR soon!

Cheers,
Lazyboy

Hi all,

Last week I received an email from the visa office answering an inquiry I sent through the case specific enquiry option, they answered the inquiry, however in addition to the answer they asked for the following:

- Updated schedule A background declaration.
- Paying the RPRF.

Is it normal that they ask for the updated schedule A? also is it normal that they ask me for the RPRF given that no MR has been sent to me yet?

I already made the payment and sent a copy of the receipt along with the updated background forms, however I would like to hear from anyone having an idea of what is happening or someone having similar experience?

You haven't mentioned ur Visa Office....yes its definitely possible for this to happen...

In fact for London VO, its very common as they follow their own sequencing altogether which varies from applicant to applicant....generally they ask for updated Schedule A in case of gaps in background, say for even 1-2 months in ur original Form submitted...RPRF Payment is a good indication it means they consider ur file good enough to proceed provided all other checks are cleared...So don't delay provide what they asked, hope u get a speedy MR...also follow the LVO Thread to check on other applicants (if ur VO is London)..:)

Yes you will need to get the passport renewed, because for visa stamping they need at least 6 months validity.
what address is there in the passport is not very important.

Regards,
Arjun
Change the address

Hello Seniors,

I just saw an email which I received on 1st April, requesting for medical, PCC and RPRF. I need your suggestion to proceed further, as my marriage is planned in last week of April.

Please let me know whether I need to inform CIC right away about my marriage and parallely submit the docs (last day of submission is 1st of May). Or submit the docs and upon marriage inform CIC.

your quick response will help me in planning for required docs submittion.
