URGENT - PLEASE reply

Myself and my spouse applied together and at the time of applying we mentioned my own house address for both the people.

In my passport, I have the address same as that we mentioned in our application, and

As my spouse got the passport before her marriage, the address mentioned in her passport is her own house address

Now, as her passport is about to expire (March 2016) , we want to renew it.

In this case, is it OK, if she changes the address in the passport from her own house address (which is not mentioned in application) to my own house address (which is mentioned in application and in the medical form of her too, sent by visa office).

If she changes the address, do I need to inform the Visa office about this or it is OK , as it will become the same address , as mentioned in the application, while applying.

Secondly,

We have done medicals in March 2nd week and 3 rd line updated on March 30, Spouse PP is expiring in March 2016.

DO we need to renewal her PP or not.

Yes you will need to get the passport renewed, because for visa stamping they need at least 6 months validity.
what address is there in the passport is not very important.

Its exactly 3 months after 2nd line update and no MR till now. I think its over for me or is there any hope? If my file is rejected how would i know? They send an email or what? please suggest... really worried.....

Dear

Do not develope negativity at the moment.As per my observation,nobody got straight away rejection after 2nd line update
You will be notified before reaching the deceision at this stage if they have any concerns on your file.
I think,background check is going on and this is taking long time for you.
Hopefully,they send MR very shortly
Keep patience.

Hello there, I do understand what you are going through and i would like to tell you that each application is treated differently, Some might get the process done very fast and some might get it very late it all depends on the amount of international travels you made companies you have worked etc. Have patience and wait, meanwhile do check your job title cap date.

hi Guys i hope you all are doing great.
I've a situation here:
My medical is done recently and 3rd line also got updated.
But when i was about to send RPRF and proof of medical examination, i found that ive lost the emedical tracking sheets and emedical Client Consent of me and my spouse.
Then i reissued the tracking sheets from the hospital but they didn't stamp the sheets with doctor's name and date as done earlier and also i didnt get the emedical client consent as i was not remembering what all other documents they gave me along with tracking sheets

Then I've mailed the unstamped tracking sheets without emedical client consent along with rprf and other requested documents

Now I've found the tracking sheets and e medical client consent which i had lost earlier.

Now my query is should i resend the stamped tracking sheet and e medical client consent or its not needed???

Dear brother, do not get disheartened and straightly go into negative way thinking of rejection, as you've waited this long wait for some more time you will get the fruit of your hardship. currently not only you there are many of our frnds waiting in line.. so be positive and happy. you'll get your MR soon.

you will get 30 days from the date of ppr request to submit the passport

Yes for that you need to carry both the passport till the time your old passport has valid visa

Don't worry there are many like u...U can analyze the spreadsheet to know the WVO trend (esp for Indian applicants who have been transferred)

Hi,

I'm assuming ur VO is NDVO.
1. MR-RPRF to PPR- Can vary from 15 days to 90-100 days- it all depends on the level of Background, security, criminality checks to be carried out (ex. in case applicant has traveled to multiple countries)..In rare cases, even longer...

2. PP Submission to Stamping-> 15-20 days....around 14 working days generally...Again in some case, takes longer..

It's too soon to get depressed... Ppl are reporting MR after 7 months of PER and 6 months of 2nd line update..(ex. indresh83)..Cheer up buddy!!!

Even if ur file is rejected, you will get a Procedural fairness letter first with 30 days to respond- no direct rejection....But don't think such negative thoughts buddy....Best wishes + 1...Hope u get it soon...

PS- Also look at raising a GCMS Request in a few days...raising CSEs may not help!!
