Great news, I just received CoPR from Vienna, the only thing to do now is to land in Canada. I can confirm that for Croatians there is no need to send the passports in, it is only for countries who`s citizens requires visa.
I will update spreadsheet later. Good Luck to all of you.

The picture you posted previously have different sequence of events:

1st - Eligibility
2nd - Security
3rd - HIRV: God knows what is it?
4th - Criminality
5th - Org Crime
6th - Medicals
7th - Misrepresentations
8th - Other Requests
9th - Final Decision

From above I concluded that Before Medicals Background/Criminality check is done.

Anyone who got the GCMS notes after Medical may provide more clarity as it shows step by step progress on file....

Should I send the new passport copies and cancelled old passport copies also.

Also, should the passport copies be notary attested?

Yes, you have to send the new passport copies duly Notarized with a cover letter to VO....There is no harm in attaching the old passport copies however, it is not required........as they already have it...

there isn't a time frame that I'm aware but you have to be preset in Canada for at least 2 years within 5 years of landing in order to renew your PR. If ther's a gap between your landing and returning back to Canada Immigration Officers may ask question , however there wont be any issues

Question for those whose Visa Office is CPP-Ottawa:

- I need to mail in my PCC. I'm based in the US and the FBI PCC took over 3 months. I have it now. Application received October 16th, PCC received November 20th 2014. I got my AOR just over 2 weeks ago and now need to mail in the PCC. What address should I mail it to?

Correspondence to date seems to be from Sydney (AOR and MR). Thoughts ? Thanks

CC charge: Nov 19th 2014.
Per Date: Dec 18th 2014.
Second processing date: March 11th 2015.
Medicals date: March 31st 2015.

To be honest, that's a million dollar question everyone wants an answer.

Looking at the current trend, Few applicants have received DM \ PPR within 4 weeks from 3rd line update while there are few applications who had 3rd line updated in November, October still waiting for DM \ PPR.

Be positive, It will come in it's due time

I would say the prospect is really good.

Unless our medicals go terribly bad or if our name pop ups on worldwide securities hit-list
