If someone plans to leave Canada w/o PR Card, there are no travel documents required....it is required only when you re-enter Canada and do not have the PR Card with you.

That is correct. You will need it if you want to enter canada with PR Card.

Below are helpful guides & forms

I think he's asking how he's going to enter Canada after he uses his single-entry IM-1 visa and goes back to India w/o PR card.

A single DD of Rs.48400 in favour of 'Receiver General For Canada' or 'Canadian High Commission' is enough. DD with a covering letter is good. You do not need any fee payment application.

I had written the Name and UCI number of applicant at the back of DD (this is optional)

Hope this answers your query!!

Got my Stamped PP on 31.03.2015, however the colour of eye mentioned in COPR is black,
I have mentioned BROWN as my colour of my eye in my PPR form, will this create problem
during landing.

Looks correct except for the french version of India which is not required

2.I want to include PCC with this mail even though they have not requested in the mail . any harm in doing so ? In the attachment sent on RPRF email. if it does not mention to send PCC. Then it is not necessary. It could be because you already PCC along with the application

3.I am attaching the request letter , A covering letter and Medical receipts(fee payment ) ,DD for 48400 INr and PCC in the package . Anything i have missed ?FOr medicals, You may have received emedicals information sheet or IME form provided by hospital.Passport Bio Pages

Hi Guys I have a query

I completed my medical tests yesterday and also paid the RPRF fee online.

Now I have an acknowledgement and fee receipts of medical tests and a receipt for RPRF payment.

Pl.guide which documents should I submit to VO. Any additional documents / things to be mentioned apart from the above mentioned?

Shall I courier them or scan and email?

Hi friends

Yesterday, I went to panel physician for furtherance medical examination for my daughter. They were having some doubts in her X-Rays.Chest physician advised CT scan and not satisfied with the scan report.Further, he advised to have some Sputum Culture tests on the basis of white spots/patches in both the lungs.Though my daughter is not having any problem or any signs and symptoms of respiratory disease.

A sputum tests report come after 60-90 days.I need your expertise on the following questions:-
Why the procedure is so lengthy?
If the reports will be positive, there will be refusal to all of us.(Myself,Wife and Son).
Is it possible to process the file of principle applicant right now & rest after medical results?
When do I except my visa as I am July 16 applicant?

Hi deepee86:

Here is the checklist of the documents you need to send (which includes yourself and dependents)

1/ PDF copy of the document request letter sent as part of medical request. This is very important :o :o
2/ PCC in case if you haven't submitted as part of application
3/ Medical acknowledgement forms with your photo attached given by the panel physician
4/ RPRF fees paid and printout of the receipt with all the information duly filled in
5/ Covering letter. Though it is not mandatory but I recommend to include this asking for favorable and quick decision from VO. :P :P :P. Please ping me offline and I can provide you with the matter.
6/ Passport bio pages (first and last). Color copies are recommended :-* :-*
7/ Any other documents requested as part of medical request.

Courier all the documents using DTDC as they deliver to the PO Box which other courier agencies hesitate. They do deliver but you need to take out the PO box number from the address. Use DTDC next business day delivery which cost you 300 rupees but will have lot of fun in spending ie., after all you are getting a visa ;D ;D ;D ;D

Sending scan copies via email doesn't make sense to me.

Received MR & RPRF on April 1st. initially I was thinking its a April fool but guys no it is MR for me. one inch closer to my dream.

Delhi guys could you suggest me about Maxmedcenter. please also give your tips on smooth medical.

Hi Deepak:

Don't worry you'll be granted visa but you may need to wait little bit more.

Visa will not be rejected unless one has a serious issue with the medical tests. Doctor has recommended Sputum test for further analysis and some of the members in the forum have cleared those tests. Doctors just want to rule out of TB. Also, they will also recommend to use medication for re-test. Don't worry they will not reject your application without any reason. You'll be given time and chance to support your case before VO can given their final decision. Keep praying to god and have faith in him. Everything will be good. I pray for you.
