Yes. give it few more days. probably next week as they have to even receive your Med acknowledgements which you sent and the RPRF receipt and PCC if asked for.

My details are as follows

Visa Office......: NDVO
NOC Code......: 0112
Received application for permanent residence: 28/07/2014.
Started processing application: 23/01/2015.
Medical Done: 17/02/1984
Medical results have been received: 25/02/2015
Final documents along with the receipt of RPRF paid by cc received by CHC New Delhi: 12/03/2015

My major concern is that, my spouse lived in China earlier and has submitted China's PCC along with India's PCC.

Does, involving any foreign country's PCC (in my case CHINA PCC) delays the PPR lead time?

Can anyone please suggest his expert opinion.

No it does not as long as you have submitted the PCC when it was requested. Obviously if their is no foreign country then the check that CIC has to do would be faster.

Already submitted my passport to VFS delhi today at 3:30 pm for stamping... now waiting for passport coming back..

That means your passport is being processed by ndvo and status changed once your PP will dispatched from NDVO.

As per current trend it takes average 15 days, in my case it's 17 days today my status changed to "your processed passport dispatched from Canada visa office to your visa center on 01.04.2015"
