Can we inform them along with PP submit with photocopy of visa?
I have seen other guys who didn't inform about their 1 week travel while submitting the PP

The doc will only give you an ack, a copy of which you can share with NDVO.

There is no eClinic in the Country I am right now......that's why.....

What about the documents the doctor will provide which I have to Send it to NDVO...??

I have a small doubt. Have sent all the docs including RPRF online receipt on March 3, 2015 but I forgot to mention UCI and other details on the receipt. Bit worried whether this would coz any delay to my file.
DO you think I shud send a filled receipt via CSE and update the VO. Would this delay process again?

Dear VIVI,
Hope you have kept the copies of e-medical information sheet. Please send duly filled RPRF receipt again with passporty copies, e-medical information sheet and attach a cover letter mentioning the courier tracking number of documents you have sent and tender apology for not filling the details in the cover letter.
