2) Website claims photo booth facility however some forumites have repoted other ways. Best to have photos handy.
3) No you cant approach NDVO directly unless extreme situations.
I think 3rd question was, can we submit passport directly via Bluedart courier service? same is the question for me as well.

In which case, yes you can submitt directly via Courier companies.
NDVO will send them back via Registered Indian Post.

Have you checked with the Hospital or physician whether they have uploaded your results?
BTW, from where you did ur medical test?
