Has anyone here in Canada Sent out passport to CPC-O?

Which service should i use Regular mail/Canada Post xpresspost or Private courier?


I think Xpress post goes to PO box address and private courier to another one? Which one should i prefer

What documents are required to send after getting the PPR request? S0 that I can prepare in advance

Secondly, Can we send the passport through bluedard instead of using VFS? If there is no difference between two, then what documents needs to be couriered directly to embassy?

Sorry for delay but a good news

I got My MR mail on Friday night from my CANADIAN attorney.

CIC asked us to pay RPRF and complete the IMMIGRATION medical test.

I have paid the fee online and also done with medical.

as per Hospital reports will uploaded to embassy website max by Saturday.

Max is one of the authorised eclinics for CIC in India.
In your case, ideally when you take the MR letter which has your UCI, an eclinic should still be able to link it with your Med request that CIC has geenrated as eClinic's have an interface to extract this info from CIC database. That's how they further upload the test results electronically.
In India, this is how I got it done for myself. Even I didnt get my med form initially.

I am from Nepal. I don't get you "Do you have Max amongst the authorised eClinics there?", please elaborate.

Hello friends:

I got medical and RPRF request on 18th March but didn't received medical forms and instruction which are sent separately. replied same mail and also raise case specific inquiry after 48 hours but till now no communication. I visited medical centre too but as per medical centre without medical form it is not possible to do medical.

What to do in this situation? kindly suggest.

Also, In how to make an enquiry, it is written as: "If your enquiry is urgent due to factors outside of your control, send an e-mail clearly indicating “URGENT:” followed by the reason for the urgency."

In Case Specific inquiry, I don't find subject so where to write URGENT. In which email I can put URGENT in subject line, kindly guide me.

Few questions guys regarding next steps after getting PPR...

1. Any Fee to be paid to VFS for passport handling charges? To be paid via DD, Debit Card, Cash?
2. Should we get the photographs clicked from VFS Delhi or some other photo studio?
3. Can we directly submit the passports to Canada High Commision bypassing VFS itself.
