brother this is what is going in my mind after 2 months from PER..

" oh.. today no change... may be tmrw for sure" then the same thought the next day.. till i rcvd my 2nd line..

now am thinking the same " no MR today.. for sure TMRW".. and keeping on checking.. this is helping me to in keeping me peace with out worry.. but yet a little worry is there at some corner of mind..

ok this week we'll get our MR's.. only 4 days to go..

I have changed mine n my son's passport after application.
Do I have to send old n new passports for both of us.???
I have already given these passport changes details during Mr n rprf time??

Hi All,
I am very new to this forum but seems its ocean of information J
I would like to share that I got my case status changed on 20th March to Decision Made as 4th line.
We still didn’t receive any email about the decision from visa office and then started searching is it okay.
And here I come to this forum, seems very very useful.
As always I also have queries,
- Do we need to update visa office for travel which is of hardly one month? Actually my husband travelled for some official purpose and got stamp of 3 months for Germany but travelled only for 1.5 months.

- This stamping happened after we received our application number and all…. Even we forgot to put this stamped pages of passport while we couriered our docs (RPRF payment receipt, PCC and medical + bio pages of passport.)

Please advice what should we do now??

GCMS = Global Case Management System.
It's the interface used by Canada immigration to track and record a file processing electronically.
Each stage, file movement, comment of the officer and the decisions taken at each step get recorded in it.

We as applicants can ask for GCMS extracts to understand what's happening with out file. The request takes 30 days to be fulfilled and the extract is until the 1st day of the request made.

So, If I understood it, one can go for GCMS if he thinks his application is taking longer time than it should.

Do we need to send the cash paid receipts received from the hospital we did our medicals as well along with the IME form, RPRF and PCC.

My consultant is saying we need to, but i don understand the logic behind it because why should NDVO be bothered about our payment to the hospital. They msut be bothered only about the Medical results and other documents requested by them.

Can someone please advice.

in actual we need not send anything, i confirmed from hospital. IME is electronic.

though i only sent my IME forms to NDVO and got 3rd line last week, keep receipt of medicals with you as generic rule.

It is not required to send Paid receipts unless the hospital didn't give you sealed IME form or Information Sheet or Tracking sheet
