Who updates 3rd line in ecas cic status page?

Is it done automatically by e-hospitals?

I am worried about Medical Receipts and RPRF fees sent to NDVO. How can we be sure that they have opened my envelope and link my online payment to my UCI application manually at their end.

Sorry for delay but a good news

I got My MR mail on Friday night from my CANADIAN attorney.

CIC asked us to pay RPRF and complete the IMMIGRATION medical test.

I have paid the fee online and also done with medical.

as per Hospital reports will uploaded to embassy website max by Saturday.

Recently I got 3rd line in my ecas. After 3rd line I send my spouse addition docs last week.

Now the question is how will I know that my wife is added to the application. And assuming she got the MR and done them how will I know that her medical has been received?

Will my 2nd line change after they started processing on the wife's documents? Will the 3rd line disappear after they send the MR for her?

Got my medicals done yesterday(30 March) and hopefully they send it by Friday to NDVO. Paid my RPRF online and will dispatch recepit today.
Wait-part xx(have to wait at each step) started.

PER Date : NOt Known
ECAS Status :1st line update
File Transferred to WARSAW, Got to know from CIC Call Centre.
NO SECOND LINE UPDATE...............

Anybody on same timeline with no second line update
and also pl suggest how much time does it take from PER date to second line update.
