It's great to see good news all over ;)
Requesting if someone can please help me with a few issues;
Regarding the police certificate, how old should it be? Do we have to apply and get one immediately after request? Or can we give one which is a few months old?
I did an online masters from UK. But I had to attend for 3 weeks in April, 2011 and 2 weeks in June but the visa was a 6 months temporary students visa. Do I gave to provide a police clearance certificate for the UK? I thought not since u dint stay for six months and it is evident from the entry and exit stamps....but starting to have doubts??? Somebody please help answer my questions. Thanks lots!

PCC should not be more than 6 months old......
If the previous PCC from PSK is not one year old, then you can apply again for PCC from PSK and you will get it on the spot

If you have not stayed for or more than 6 months in UK....you dont need to give PCC for that.

Best of Luck

I had an old one which I received after the sending application and dated November 2014. On mid of march 2015 paris VO requested the certificate not older than 3 months. I asked them is it prior to application date or by today and they replied "send what you have in your hand". I dont know is it applicable to your case but this is my experience.

I received only medical and RFPR fess payment instructions, not any document request or CIIP brochure.

Hi ALL..........Finally I got the medical mail ;D ;D ;D

just a query though if anyone can help with this, the mail mentions that "Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from INDIA"

Does this mean that i need to giv PCC just for my permanent address in Delhi or do i also need to giv PC from other states in India where i lived for more than 6 months ..for example my MBA was from other state (within India) and I worked also in another state for about 1 year.

Dear seniors, need some advice

We are given 30 days for medicals, PCC, RPRF and additional documents submission. We had filed through a lawyer in Canada.
Our medicals are done and esubmmitted, all other documents are ready and we are now waiting for our SG PCC which we will receive on Tuesday. Every documents is routed/sent through our consultant in canada as they are our point of contact for SGVO.

Our consultant take their own sweet time to respond to our emails (5-6 days) and in the end we are losing on time. Now my question is ... can we send our documents directly to embassy in SG here?

Your replies are much appreciated..

Guys, i have a query here.

I'm waiting for my 4th line as DM but a little thing is bothering me. I had spent 1 year in Canada as a student and I had a credit card whose balance of 400$ I dint pay as I have to come to India for an emergency. Do they look into such matters while doing the criminality checks? Please reply :S tensed here!

Hello one police covers one country. Since India is one country i think you are good with one PC, but guys from India can confirm that :)

Congrats on your MR good luck!

Another reason for giving a visa to you.. it is better for Canada you to come back and pay your debts. :)

thnx..I guess u r right may b just one PCC from India is required..it was just that state was mentioned in that PCC line which could mean 29 different states in India and each state has a different police...just trying to be extra careful and sure..confirmation frm any Indian candidate would b helpful.

Hi freinds i need an advice on below issue.

I have received medicals on 14 march and completed medicals on 19 march. I got call from yesterday about review of my wife's chest x ray and today they recommended to go for sputum test. But when we visited other diagnostic center to have X-ray and report was normal. I called the panel physician and explained the situation to him and asked him to have another X-ray, but he refused to do so and told me we should have sputum test.

They are very rude and not at all responding to me. i do not know on next procedure. Is there any way to skip the sputum test.

Hehe :) Thank you for replying and the amount is not big enough, it's just that i don't have any time to pay at that time! Hope it doesn't affect the status of my file :S
