How long NDVO takes to add child docs and send MR and PPR again for all 3?

Do anybody have idea?

August Applicants Status Pl... my application is rcvd on Aug 26th, with PER on Dec 15th.. but there is no Second Line yet or any MR information.. But came to know about some frnds who's applications are received in Sep and Got their MR done.. happy for them..

But any on still available with me now.. in line..really worried now..

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED. If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

I have not received any other mail re the medical forms.

seems like the average for 3rd line update from NDVO is 5-15 days and i have the crossed that timeline ... testing my patience NDVO !!

Hope it happens today. Some folks have in the past have had 3rd line updated on Saturday too, so don't discount Saturday.

Congrats on your meds.
Receiving them itself suggests that you are a step closer to your goal.

Here is my take on the JD they have asked.
Usually if a VO is not satisfied they will call for an interview or do field verification. In you case they have simply asked for the roles and responsibilities. I think being a government sector the VO wants this information to be in record. Probably to ascertain if there are any conflict of interest.

For your meds, as you said, you received them, just get it done from an eclinic, the doc will upload the results direct to CIC. You will need to send your RPRF and the other docs asked.

_ Note, RPRF paid is refundable if decision is adverse. Chances are slim though.

Usually it takes 60-120 days for 2nd line to be updated on eCAS from application received date.
From the 2nd line update, MR can be received anytime in 7-30 days usually.

Guys.. I think you can take only USD 3000 (u can calculate CAD accordingly) in cash as per RBI rule.

Q. 5. How much foreign currency can be taken while buying foreign exchange for travel abroad?

Ans. Travellers going to all countries other than (a) and (b) below are allowed to purchase foreign currency notes / coins only up to USD 3000. Balance amount can be carried in the form of travellers cheque or banker’s draft. Exceptions to this are (a) travellers proceeding to Iraq and Libya who can draw foreign exchange in the form of foreign currency notes and coins not exceeding USD 5000 or its equivalent; (b) travellers proceeding to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Russian Federation and other Republics of Commonwealth of Independent States who can draw entire foreign exchange in the form of foreign currency notes or coins. GCMS is an extract. You will need to raise a grievance with CIC if you think the info there is not true or incorrect.

Can we somehow question GCMS notes?
