Good day everyone!
I am a July 16th 2014 applicant. PER received on 11th November 2014. Accra Visa Office. I just received mail and medical forms (18th May 2015). I have been asked to provide

1. Updated police clearance certificate
2. Right of permanent residence fee
3. Medical examination

Within 30 days.

My problem is that I got married on the 25th of April 2015. I sent a CSE asking procedure to update my application. I haven't received a reply yet. What will you advise I do next? Thanks for your anticipated assistance.

Sub: Medical Receipts, Passport Bio Pages, RPRF Fee and PCC.

APPLICATION NO: Exxxxxxxxx UCI NO: xxxx-xxxx

I, xxxxxxxxx had filed my application for Permanent Residence to Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Category with Citizenship & Immigration Canada.

I would like to inform you that, I have received an email from XXXXXX Visa office with regards to Medicals on date xxxxxxxxxxx for me and my spouse. So, accordingly I have completed my medicals and want to update on the same by sending you the below listed documents along with RPRF Fee and PCC as requested.

Please find the below enclosed documents list:

1. Request letter
2. Passport bio pages: Primary Applicant and Spouse
3. Police Clearance Certificates
4. Original Medical Receipts and e-medical report: Primary Applicant and Spouse
5. RPRF Fee: DD for INR xxxxx in Favor of Canadian High Commission payable at New Delhi

You were carrying them so they took it that's it it's not mandatory and your old passport details are present on the new passport so it's Ok!

I got decision made status on May 7,2015 and have not received any Passport request so far. Should I be worried?
what should I be expecting? email or regular mail at my mailing address.

Where is your consultant located? Is your consultant registered with ICCRC?

You must immediately take control of your application. Raise a CSE with your VO stating that a dishonest and unscrupulous agent is blocking your ability to complete your application, and give them a postal address, e-mail address and phone number for yourself so that they can contact you directly. Inform the VO that this agent is using an e-mail address to impersonate you and make clear that any further communication from that e-mail address is unauthorized. Upload a new "Use of Representative" form CANCELLING your current agent. Then complete the process on your own.

If your consultant is registered with ICCRC then you should file a complaint immediately through ICCRC. If your consultant is outside of Canada and not registered with ICCRC there isn't much you can do directly, however I would still inform your VO and ICCRC about this person so they can be watchful for this person in the future. If this consultant still has any documents of yours and refuses to return them, or attempts to communicate further with the VO by continuing to impersonate you, that is a crime in most places, and you should go to the police to report them.

Thank you so much for this detailed information. I was not aware of any of these forms or what should we mention as he did everything in my case. However I sorted out my payment issue as I don't want any kind of problem at this stage. Hopefully everything will go smoothly now. Thanks again

First of all send all the requested documents.

Add a cover letter when you are sending the docs and explain that you had raised CSE for marriage thing and are awaiting reply on that.
