Hi Ratan,

you share the NOC of my spouse. He lived in China earlier and has provided "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" as required by the CHC. We are also speculating that the delay in our case is due to China's Police clearance.

Just want to know that if you also have lived in China? if yes, then have you submitted the same documents known as "Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions" or some other document?

Ankur B! Please let me know how to obtain PCC from China and how much time does it take ?? Really appreciate your quick reply.

I got PPR today. To retain PR one has to stay 3 years out of 5 years. Does it include the one year landing period?
I mean if I land now or after 11 months, does it makes any difference for retaining PR?

Your count of 2 years starts from the day you land in Canada, and not before that....Cheers!!

Dear Reshmiarun,

I am also the one who applied on 12th Aug and got TLU on 7th April but still waiting for PPR.

I have a travel history of 2 yrs to Canada. So, in that case is it possible that it will delay the process. Already I am waiting from last 1.5 mnths for PPR.

Yes HarrySigh.. I got my third line on 2nd April .. Travel history does delay.. I think it would be end of the month by the time we get PPR..

my friend application date is 20 august and his last update was on 30th Oct second line update.
he submitted his babies documents on 21st april and he has not yet received a MR mail for himself his wife too.
please do reply as he is tensed and thinking negative.
