I have received my third line yesterday and waiting for DM now. Anyone, what are the chances of rejection at this stage?? And, what kind of checking/screening/scrutiny goes on at this time?/

I will be submitting my passport to VFS in a day or two for visa stamping. I have one query regarding the photographs which they have asked to be submitted with the passports.
- They have asked two photographs to be submitted of applicant/dependants. Photo size is mentioned. The face size should not exceed 30mm. However the photographs given to me by my photo studio have face dimension of around 35-36mm. Is it acceptable or are they very strict about the dimensions and will ask me to provide another set of photographs ?

Can seniors/current applicants please confirm regarding this matter.

Specifications:
The frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).
Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering) where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.

I haven't heard of any special baggage allowance in BA for immigrants
the normal baggage allowance is 23kgs + your hand baggage
BA provides 2 piece baggage 23+23 for students...not sure for immigrants...as a student I have used it few years ago

hello it is approx 23-25 kgs per bag. check it in BA website. while trying to book you will get the baggage allowance details of the flight in question. most important is that hand baggage suitcase have dimension limitations so be careful about that. so any thing above mentioned dimensions will not be allowed as hand baggage.

also as bass2009 mentioned even i have not heard of anything special for immigrants.

I think other carriers allow more for immigrants, but I'm not sure.

Can u please confirm if it is 2 bags or one.

Dear Frnds, need some information. My Med and RPRF courier is delivered yesterday, but i am worried after seeing the status which is showing that it is delivered @ Bikaji cama place instead of CHC or PO mentioned.

Now is this the correct location where my parcel/ documents were delivered.? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
