Hello Guys,

Urgent help required..

I had received passport request on 9thapr and i have not yet submitted my passport. This is bcuz of my office trip which is schedule for UK on Jun 9...
Now I will have to submit my passport for UK travel on 1stMay.. after which I shall be able to submit my passport on 10 May.... Do you think my passport would be stamped and I shall received it before my travel to UK..

Dear Girish,

You will risk all your efforts this way that you've put in because usually 30 days are given to submit the passport from the date of request.

Better if you speak in your office if you can skip the trip or postpone.

Stamping I beleive will be at NDVO.
Take docs to substantiate your situation along and try meeting your case officer at NDVO.
If luck favours you, you can have the Visa and COPR the same day.

The delay is due to suspicious candidates set aside for a detailed background checks and we happen to be one of them.I think we should be seeing some rejections as these checks get completed in the future even post MR

That cannot be true in every cases anon...
Some files are selected randomly..

i am 30th July applicant , got my medicals were done on 9th April and after 10 days i got a call from medical centre for another creatine test and got that done on 24th April. can anyone please tell us when will we get the "medical received" update the 3rd line update..........

also i sent my medical receipt , bio page copies and pcc on 10th April by normal post as it was a PO BOX ADDRESS and courier guys refused to deliver on po address , how can i confirm if ndvo has got the documents ?

please assist !

Hi Friends,

I have got the Visa and CPR today. See my timelines at left.
However, I have one question->
On Stamped visa(my spouse), her Given Name is blank and Surname is filed. But on her passport, Surname is blank and only Given name is printed. Will that be an issue?
Should I inform them about the correction? Or is it OK?

Hi Girish,

Please check with your office management to see if they can assist you with postponing your UK trip to a later date.

If they say no and it cannot be avoided. Send a Case Specific Enquiry to NDVO asking them for extension and wait for their response.

You know your situation better than anyone else. Take the best step forward.

Note : Requesting for extension will delay your process

PPR - 31 march 2015
passport sent - 6 th april 2015 at Vfs hyderabad
passport & COPR - rcvd - 27 April 2015 - vfs hyderabad

now i have to start second phase of struggle , to get a suitable job in Canada.... 8)

One thing i would like to inform that i sent updated info ( with one cover letter) of height n eye color based on medicals, but it was not updated in COPR, they took data only based on main application generic form....i will try during landing or later...

well happy now, and already booked CIIP session at Hyderabad india.....

Agree and in addition VO is under no obligation to release MR without clearing the detailed BCG on application. They would hold back the cases where its in progress rather than releasing MR and collecting RPRF and withdrawing later and refuinding RPRF.

That cannot be true in every cases anon...

Anuj, I dont think your wife being the dependant will have any access to application status via her UCI.
Only the primary applicant details retreive the status.
Usually the best way to guess when she got included will be when the draft is encashed or CC charged.
7days - 30 days.

Hello everyone...
I added spouse to my file,she has already student visa and UCI number, so PR process will be seen in her uci as well?
How much time will it take for them to add spouse in my application?

Yes this needs to be corrected.
If you are in Delhi.
Walk in to NDVO, they will entertain you and correct the Visa and COPR on the same day and return.

Hi ,
Could anyone help me how long it will take to update fourth line.

I have submitted all the required docs to CIC but so far 4th line is not updated.

Below is my Timeline:

Visa Office: NDVO
MEDICAL DONE: 12 Dec 2014
India PCC & RPRF submitted on 15 Jan 2015
FBI PCC submitted 10 Mar 2015

After medical , status was changed to Medical received and this was on 17th Dec 2014. But after this is there is no updates.
