Just an hour ago i got a mail from NDVO and it has stated as:

This refers to your application for admission to Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

=> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature for yourself and provide information regarding previous visa refusals for Canada, USA, UK or Australia. If answer to any question is "yes", then provide detailed response/reasons for refusal along with copy of refusal letter. This must be provided at this office by 2015/05/16.

Similar line mentioned for my spouse to send the updated form.Actually i had forgot to mention my Canada visa rejection on 2005 and USA visa rejection on 2013 as i didn't see any column to update the portion nor my consultant suggested me anything. But, my wife has never applied to any country but it is mentioned that she also need to fill the updated form. Does, any body has similar request from NDVO? any body who has mentioned about their previous refusal in the form has received passport request or DM?

One more thing, during my rejection, i do not have any printed letter mentioning my case of rejection as these country didn't provided me. So please suggest what i need to mention in the remarks of the form when i tick for "YES" . Please reply

finally medicals done today... SS updated... RPRF sent and received by the grace of Allah... but the weired thing about my case is my ECAS has just 1 line IN PROCESS WE RECEIVED UR APP FOR PR ON 14 MAY2014 since i received PER on 27 Aug 2014... now guyz tell me how i will know that my meds are received by VO :'( why its just happening with me...
and by the way how much time i should wait now for Passport request...my visa office is london

I had applied for my PR on MAY'14 and I got my second line updated by 1st of November...since then I have no updates on the same...waiting for MR...its been 6 months now...can someone please suggest what can be done or waiting is the only option?

I am 12 may applicant too..

I also got PPR yesterday, will be sending thru ARAMEX. From which country you will submit if I may ask?

Hi.You cannot send the passport directly.You need to get a letter from respective embassy to send your PP via courier.Then some one has to hand over your PP to VFS.Then you need to get a letter from Department of Immigration to send back your passport.Also you cannot send your PP to the respective VFS via courier.Also some one has to be there to do all those things for you.This is the procedure for Sri Lanka.

Please correct me if I am mistaken.

But i have not received PPR till now.
Seniors can you please suggest when can i expect PPR and the possible reason for delay.
I have checked spam folder as well. Should i write to NDVO ?

They are currently opening apps from february 3 so yours should be opened and charged this month. After you get charge it takes only 1.5 weeks for them to process a send the report. I think you should get it at the end of may. I would wait until getting charge to ask from an update from the FBI by email to then attach the response in your extension request to the VO.

Thanks psicolala for this helpful response. +1 for that. I was under the impression that it takes 6-7 weeks for processing after application is opened. This 1.5 weeks is news for me. Yes even I'll wait for the CC charge to ask for next extension.

I have received Medical, PCC and RPRF request from Warsaw yesterday.

Pls, advice how to get pcc from Ahmedabad and also help regarding RPRF payment process.

One more thing, is Piles operation history would create any problems in Medical ?
