Guys, really excited to report that I received MR from NDVO today morning at around 9:15 AM ;D. First day after holidays at NDVO and what a surprise

Where should I complete my landing formalities? In Toronto or Ottawa??

Hello experts and everyone else,
I am a December 2014 applicant under NOC 2132 from New Delhi. I chose the mode of payment as a DD which is still not cashed. The validity of the DD is until 26th of April 2015 ( 6 months from the date of issue). I have been waiting patiently but recently read a few posts mentioning that the CAP for 2132 was filled way before December which has got me a bit confused ???!!!.
I had started preparing for my application in October after seeing the CAP status online on the official CIC website. Till December the CAP was not met as far as I remember. I am now wondering whether I should've applied at all if the CAP was met in October itself( as per the posts I read ).
Kindly advise with some information worth sharing regarding my issue!!!

You have to complete your landing formalities in first port of entry in Canada. If as per your searches routing is from Toronto to Ottawa then you have to complete landing formalities in Toronto not in Ottawa. As Toronto will be the first port of entry.

It's been 14 days and I haven't got my Passport back. My case was so fast along each stage and now it seems to be taking a lifetime! Is there any one here who is waiting for return of their passports for 14-15 days from NDVO?

I submitted my passport on 2nd March with VFS, New Delhi and still waiting. So, it's been 37 days now. I have raised CSE, send emails to NDVO and checked with VFS as well. Nothing happening.

Hi

You need to send the documents on the below mentioned address, please note that the envelop and the documents in the envelop must have your UCI #, on it, u can mention it by pencil on PCC and other documents, in order to avoid any sort of misplacing at LVO.

Is there a prescribed format to notify change of employment? Do I need to update any applications forms? Just a "To Whom It May Concern" letter would be enough?
