Dude,

Only the CC Card-holder's name would be there on the final receipt (PDF generated after online payment) with blank fields for Applicant UCI, Address, DOB, etc...You need to take a print of the receipt, fill in your details by pen and send the receipt to NDVO...

Again, there are lots of abbreviations that I am finding it difficult to understand like PPR, DM, etc. Could you explain what they mean?

Hi Geoman, PPR means Passport Request and DM means Decision made

Dont worry applications are processed according to their complexity and sometime it can take time. You can also check your status on ECAS using your UCI number.

Last week I had received Procedural fairness Letter from Columbo VO stating that they have found me working for a different company on a different position. They further stated as getting these details from Open Source material. I have absolutely no idea as to which open source data they are referring to. They have given me a 30 day deadline to prove my employment.

I am submitting the following documents in support of my employment :
Document Check List
1. Tax Submission
o ITR-V Assessment year 2013-14 & 2014-15
o Zero tax returns Assessment year 2011-12 & 2012-13
2. Company Id card
3. C-forms (Of my company)
4. Authentication letter from the company
5. Affidavits
o Duly signed by me
o Duly signed by my Manager
6. Designation Change letter
7. Company Business card
8. Invoices Signed by me on behalf of my company
9. Bank Statement


Note : I have submitted my Income tax return file as the company got no FORM 16.

Request you to please let me know whether the above mentioned documents shud suffice my proof of employment. Also, wat can I mention in the cover letter regarding the open source info?

Add salary slip, Highlight salary credit in your bank statement.
Share some certificate/awards also.

Nothing, usually they send a reminder again and if still no reply then a decision made which is obviosuly not a favourable one.

I had updated Facebook with wrong data few years back for personal reasons which I had changed before applying. After receiving fairness Letter, I found some people search website containing that old Info. Im not sure how to prove my employment and what to mention in the cover letter.
