Dear Friends,
Vfs tracking shows that my PP has been dispatched from Canada visa office on 2 April.When can I collect it from vfs as I didn`t opt for courier service. I mean will vfs send me some email or the tracking status will further change?

If you have opted for SMS and mail services, you would receive SMS or Email for Passport being dispatched from CIC office. Other wise VFS requests applicants to collect passports from VFS after 2 to 3 days from the date of status of dispatch is updated. So I think you can receive your passports from VFS on Monday or latest by Tuesday.

My CC charged on 26th March 2015 and my application received date is 17th December, NOC – 3234. While checking online status of my application I am getting below response.

Two Button for LOG OUT & REMOVE ACCESS.

Does any one else getting similar kind of response? Is this mean I got NER? Plz reply

I have received my per sometime back and the file was transfered to colombo (got email April 2)

want to ask

1: What will be the series of events now and what shall i do?
2: How do i tell Colombo office about my change of work?
3: Can someone share if Colombo office made check with employer. (My employer is messed up with me cuz i went to 2 weeks holiday in USA and he says he will screw my PR so i called it quit before my holiday)

Dear Experts,

I have a query and would be grateful if you could pl respond. Below pl find my timeline:

Application Received Date - 26.05.2014
NOC - 2132
PER - 17.09.2014
MR+PCC+RPRF Request - 18.11.2014
Medicals Done - 15.12.2014

I couriered all the required documents (MR proof + Original PCC + Online RPRF payment slip) to New Delhi Visa Office on 16.12.2014 and as per DHL records, it was delivered on 19.12.2014.

At the time of medicals, my spouse was 1 month pregnant and hence the panel physician (PP) didn't carried out her X-ray and issued a CXR deferral letter due to pregnancy . As per PP, all our medical records were uploaded online in their system on 17.12.2014 but PP mentioned that spouse medicals are on hold due to no X-ray.

Till date the ECAS 3rd line is not updated and is still showing the 2nd line (we started processing your application on November 14, 2014).

Is it a matter of concern? Could you pl confirm what is the normal process in such cases?

Any response will be highly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Third line will be on hold until your wife clears the medicals as per CIC guidelines. Since she was pregnant, PP did not carry out X-Ray as it is harmful for the baby.

Once your wife delivers the baby. You will need to apply for the passport for the new born baby. Inform VO through CSE with birth certificate, Passport Bio copies of baby's passport.

They will ask for the documents needed along with $150 for the addition of the new born. They issue fresh MR for both your wife and kid.

Once they clear the medicals. Third line will be updated.

Do not worry about it. Good Luck

You will receive another message " Ready for collection ". Once you get that message, you can collect your passports.

It should be either monday or tuesday

1: i intend to marry soon. Will my wife get a smooth PRThis question is not specific. When are you planning to marry is the question here. If it is after you getting PR and landing there. Refer to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp

If you are marrying her before PR. Send a CSE to VO explaining about the change in your family composition. There will be a delay in your processing times. VO will notify on what documents they would need.



What if I marry the girl after medicals are updated. Any change in family composition, VO will need to be notified.

2: Can i change the Forum time to India time? There is an auto detect next to Time Offset option under profile > Look and Layout Preferences > It didnt work for me. So i guess the answer is no for me. You can give it a try
