I seems not to understand Accra Visa Office while they are delaying the countries under them. No update for the past 2 months. If other visa offices are attending to FSW 2014 applications, what could have caused the delay in Accra Visa Office.

The waiting is tiring!

Dear Friends,

I have got much help from this forum. Please help me for the following query.
I got my immigration VISA in June. I am planning to land in Canada in February for 2 weeks. Permanently I will shift later. I have the passport and COPR with me.
Do I need to complete any formalities before leaving for Canada in February?

I have done nothing after getting VISA on my passport. Not updated records on any link, no account opening, nothing...
Please suggest me, so that I can start the necessary work/documentation.

Hi all, My immigrant visa expires on april 2016. I am pregnant now my delivery on may 2016 so my Dr asked me to travel after may. will my visa will expire or can i request cic to extend my visa pls advice.

Need some help regarding the PR process...

My IELTS scores are
W - 6.5
L - 8.5
R - 7
S - 7.5

I am working as a senior software engineer at IBM and total work exp is 8+ years.

I have done BCS and MCS from Pune university.

Completed my WES and got the result.

Now what you suggest is the best way to get a PR. Should i wait in the pool or do something else. as my CRS points are 370 and right now the CRS points required is at 484.

I am very much confused with wht should i do next, Please help..

Hi dear, as per my knowledge visas are not extendable however you can send mail and check with the visa office. alternatively you can travel and get your PR card and come back before your delivery.
